Excellent service

I would highly recommend this service, prompt emails and very easy to find on arrival at the ship with a very helpful member of staff. He even collected a trolley for me to put my luggage on. On return we docked at another terminal and the car was waiting at this location and avoided any chaos of having to get back to the original drop off location. Text messages arrived as instructed and very polite helpful staff. Will definitely use again.

Great service

Great service from this company. Simple process of dropping car off with them at the port in Southampton. Pick up was just as simple. Friendly professional service.

We used Parking4 cruises a second time at Southampton and once again got excellent service. They stayed in touch by text both prior to arrival in the way out and back. We sailed from one terminal and back into a another and made sure the car was brought to the correct arrival terminal. Handover was speedy and efficient. Cheaper than the other meet and greet service CPS

Just left our car for 2 weeks with ParkingforCruises at Southampton. Process was so easy, from booking, to dropping off the car and then collecting it.

Communication was brilliant with text messages to indicate what I had to do and where to go (but not too many texts which can be annoying, this was spot on)

Person who we dropped and collected car from was friendly and even recommended being vigilant in Cadiz (onw of the cruise stops) as there'd been a number of passengers on the previous cruise who'd been robbed.

Price was very competitive too.

So in summary, good price, good communication, friendly and helpful staff...why look anywhere else?

We have used this company before and I cannot speak highly enough of them. We had to lift and shift our cruise twice due to covid, and I thought we would lose the money for our car park, but no, parking4cruises.co.uk lifted and shifted our parking space too ! They have been so helpful and they always give great service and good price too ! Keep up the good work and thanks so much

Faultless service

All the reviews says it all, the best part of cruising is to be able to drive to the terminal, hand over the keys to the car and start your holiday immediately. I have used P4C a few times and the service is excellent.

Excellent. Parking 4 cruises are always my providers of choice. P and O decided to change the return terminal but no problems with car collection. The staff are always competent and professional.

Best bit of The Cruise!

Well I won't name the Cruise Line but let us say it is very challenging to put on a good holiday Cruise with all the problems re staff and ongoing Covid post lockdown..
So glad we avoided their preferred parking company at Soton and booked direct with P4Cruisrs though. Very flexible when we had to change our Cruise dates due Russian problem and very professional and personal service from staff on arrival and collection of vehicle.
Nice friendly staff and good value..whats not to love?

What could be easier than driving to the port, unloading luggage and leaving your car in the capable hands of Parking4Cruises. After taking photos of the car, recording the mileage and wishing us a wonderful holiday, we were in our way. The return journey was as easy, with a text message early in the morning to say the car was ready for collection. I will definitely be using this service again.
