Superb service from parking4cruises. The text to expect our arrival ensured the staff were ready for us making the car drop off and collection straightforward. The car was returned in perfect condition with 6 miles ‘on the clock’. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again.

Cruise Parking

I was a little nervous booking this in preference to one of the on site car parks. However, service was fantastic. Communications arrived as per advertised, staff waiting for the car, car arrived back in the same spot at the end of the cruise. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Arrived at Southampton docks to utter chaos thanks to the late arrival of Sky Princess. When we finally got near the QEII terminal, Parking4Cruises staff were there but waiting for drivers. As soon as the drivers arrived we handed over the car and walked the rest of the way with our luggage. We couldn’t do the usual check in because parking4cruises could not get near the terminal due to the traffic jams. We had used them in the past and were happy to hand over our car. We were soon checked in for our cruise and making our way onboard unlike those who used CPS who were held in a car park for a further 2 hours. On our arrival back in Southampton our car was waiting for us in a short stay car park with a friendly staff member who offered to help us load up the car with our luggage. We were very quickly on our way. Thank you again for a very efficient service and we will be using your company again next time we sail from Southampton.

I have used parking companies at Southampton for many years now and not had a bad experience. However I have used parking4cruise several times now since I first discovered them and never had any problems. They are great company and I would highly recommend them,. They are professional, polite, courteous and very efficient. I will use them again for my next cruise as I think as they are the best I have used and the prices are very competitive.

Excellent service June 2022

Excellent service from all concerned on arrival in Southampton and again when we returned from cruise. The staff were outstanding when we arrived on Sat 25 June as there had been a major problem with the ship docking late and the subsequent boarding being 5 hrs late. They were polite and cheerful despite having waited the extra hours for us to get through the traffic chaos. Thank you all

I have recently used the Parking 4 cruise service for the first time and was delighted with the service, initially I was a tad apprehensive as I have always used the P&O parking service, however the service and communications was excellent, parking very near the terminal so easy access both before and after the cruise and to be fair that staff on both occasions were excellent and could not be more helpful, I will definitely use this service again!

Mayflower cruise terminal

From booking to drop off to collection, all went as described, which left as reassured and relaxed that any future booking (which we intend to do) will work just as well.
Car had only 6 miles added to mileometer which was less than the "it could be as much as 10". Plenty of photos taken and Mark was very chatty and friendly on our return.
