Parking praise

Arrived at the Southampton terminal to board my cruise and the parking provided by P4C was a breeze. You are directed to the short stay car park & greeted by a pleasant & courteous representative who checks the car over. Photos are taken for mutual assurance, your key is collected and you will be provided with a return instructions card and that’s it, job done. Seamless, efficient and pretty reasonable value for money. This was the first time we have used P4C and will no doubt use again next year.

Brilliant service and value.

We have just returned from a cruise and collected our car from Southampton.

I just wanted to pass how impressed I was with the service.

On dropping off the car the lady was extremely pleasant and it was a very easy process. The text we received prior to drop off gave clear instructions and made finding the location simple. We had already dropped our bags off at the terminal and it was a short walk to being our holiday.

On our return, again the text message was simple and clear so we knew exactly what to do. We also received a phone call which explained exactly where to go to collect our car.

As the ship docked at a different terminal to the departure one, most other guests had to be coached back to the original terminal, whereas our car was waiting right outside. This was a first class personal delivery service.

Again the gentleman who met us and handed back our keys was extremely polite and very friendly. He seemed very happy in his job and this showed in his attitude.

Thank you so much for such a great service. I will be recommending parking4cruises to our friends and anyone we meet on future cruises.

I am due on another cruise in December and will definitely be booking with you.

Fantastic Company

We used parking4cruises for the first time recently, purely based on the excellent reviews we read, and we cannot agree with them more!

The website is really easy to book, and the service provided from start to finish is excellent. The drop off point in the short stay car park is literally across the road from where you drop your bags, 1-2 minute walk at most where your car is photographed and keys taken.
A text message early in the morning on return day to confirm your car is ready for collection and where , couldn’t be better. The car was clean and damage free.
Staff are really polite, friendly and helpful, and made the start and end of our fabulous cruise as seamless as the holiday itself.

We will definitely use this company again and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Fabulous service and great value for money.

Convenient and easy

The staff were polite and friendly when helping us find the car drop off point. Checks were made and recorded to ensure the car was returned in the same condition.
A text came through to inform us that the car was ready for us to collect at the end of our cruise. We strolled from the ship to the car and were on a way home within minutes.
The entire process was quick, convenient and easy.
We will be using this service again on our next cruise from Southampton.

Booking process is very simple and pricing very competitive with the added bonus of a discount for repeat customers automatically applied. Communications excellent from the initial booking confirmation, to a change of berth and text messages on both embarkation and disembarking. Operatives were polite and professional with vehicle checks made promptly. Have used this company many times and will not hesitate to use them again, recommend and refer. Excellent service. Excellent Service

They were waiting for us on arrival at port and after dropping luggage of drove to short stay car park. Booking in efficient and quick and short walk back to terminal. On disembarkation day , received message to say our car was waiting and when we had disembarked and walked short distance to car park, quick check over the car and off. We left from one terminal and arrived at another, but that presented no problem. I have used them many times pre covid and always efficient. On previous cruise we used CPS as that was all I could find. On disembarkation we had to queue for keys and then had a walk to our car which was equally as far away as the carpark this time. I will always try to use Parking4cruises in future. Much better value.

Great Service

Great service , text messaging spot on , cheerful greeting on arrival and explanation of what to do and where to go. Upon return text message to let us know car was ready. I would use this company again when sailing from Southampton .

Easy

From booking online to arrival Southampton Port and then collection of car after our cruise was a really good experience, directions and information on procedures were concise and informative, the price compared with other operators was very good, this was my first dealings with this company it will not be my last.

Great Service

Turned up at the short stay car park just across the road from the cruise terminal, drove in until I saw the Parking 4 Cruises sign, I was met by a representative who photographed my car, took the mileage and gave us a receipt for the car.
On return we were told the car would be waiting for us but because we opted to self check out earlier I rang the number given on the receipt to inform them, they arranged for the car to be brought over earlier and it was waiting for us when we got to the car park.
Brilliant service and would use again.

Great experience

Parking4cruises provided a really excellent service at a competitive price. The car was collected and returned promptly with no waiting around at either the start or the end of our holiday. It looked as though it had been parked in a reasonable space and there were no visible signs of damage.
On 2 previous occasions-with different companies-we’ve had a disgustingly dirty car and a damaged tyre presented to us after ‘meet and greet’ parking! However, P4C offered a completely opposite service and I’m happy to say we could not fault it. We were greeted with no waiting, a smile, helpfulness and a cheerful chat when we arrived back!

Mediterranean cruise

The meet and greet member of staff was very friendly and informative. He explained everything about the drop off and pick up. After the cruise we were notified the car was waiting at the short stay car park and again we were met by a very friendly member of staff. The whole process was simple. We would definitely use them again.

Southampton cruise parking

I used Parking4 cruises for the first time & very pleased with how it went & will be happy to use again in the future. Friendly staff at both drop off & pick up and only a few minutes to walk to/from the terminal with my luggage. I was one of the first passengers to get off the ship & pleased to find my car was waiting for me.
Only slight improvements I can offer - 1) perhaps have an even bigger flag in the car parks to make it easier to find you in a very busy area, 2) my text informing me of my car being ready didn't come until after I was actually on the road with it (but as I said I was one of the first getting off the ship), 3) the link in your email requesting a review only takes you to Google showing all things about parking4cruises so if you can fix the link to take us straight to the page for leaving a review would be easier.
