Good service

First time that I've used Parking4cruises on recommendation and I found the whole parking experience easy and straightforward.
No problem dropping off the car and on return I received a text to say the car is ready to be collected and it was there.
Competitive price plus a straightforward process makes it an easy decision..

Just returned from a 35 night cruise. Car drop off & pick up went very smoothly. My only suggestion would be regarding customer service contact. Prior to leaving I tried to call the number several times but only ever got a voicemail. I didn't leave a message as it wasn't that important but it would be nice to have someone pick up the phone!
Otherwise a good service.

Exemplary Service as always

We parked with Parking4Cruises at Southampton for a recent 7 Night cruise onboard MSC Preziosa - the second time we've had the pleasure of parking with them this year.
Timely communications ahead of arrival, as ever, and a warm and professional greeting at the Horizon Terminal on the day of embarkation.
Car was defrosted, warm and ready on our return and we were soon on our way home.
Once again, an unreserved recommendation from us for Parking4Cruises and we have already booked to use them for future cruises.

We have been using parking4cruises many times and always gave received excellent service. Parking at City terminal though is a trek..luckily we are reasonably mobile.

Fantastic service as always

Just got back from a cruise from QE11 cruise port and was a little apprehensive as to how the parking would work. Have used Parking4cruises for many years without a problem from a different cruise terminal but this was our first time from this terminal. Need not have worried, it was seamless as usual, the staff are so friendly and the chap even defrosted our windscreen for us. Would never go with anyone else especially after being stuck in a huge queue at ocean terminal with the big named company, with Parking4cruises it is so quick and easy, highly recommend them

Fantastic service

All went according to plan. The team kept in touch via 'phone calls and text messages.
Very helpful on arrival with prompt service and clear instructions to the terminal which was a short walk away.
On return, the team was waiting with the car ensuring a quick departure.
Would definitely use them again.

Very simple to park due to the excellent communication beforehand.
Not too far to walk to ship.
Coming back was also easy once I got directed to the parking spot.
All the officials in the port knew where to direct me.
Very courteous staff , would definitely use them again
