I didn't receive a confirmation email - what do I do?
Confirmation emails are usually instant, but can on occasion take up to 15 minutes to receive your inbox. If you haven't received the email within this time, please check your spam and/or junk folders.
You can also view your booking confirmation by logging into your account. If you choose not to create an account when you booked, then that's no problem - you can follow the process to set a password and retrieve your booking details.
If you're still having trouble accessing your booking details, please contact us.
I can't print off my parking badge! What shall I do?
No problem at all. The parking badge we provide makes it easier for our Meet & Greet staff to identify cars, but it's not mandatory. We'll still be looking out for your car registration, so don't worry - we'll still allow you to drop off your car with us.
Can I book for multiple cars at once?
Yes. You can add as many cars to a single booking as you wish. You will only receive a single confirmation email, but the details for all vehicles will be shown on your booking details.
On the day of your drop off, we'll be expecting all of the cars that you included in your booking.
How can I change my booking dates?
If you wish to change your drop off or pick up dates, please contact us on 02380 232 582 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or email us on info@parking4cruises.co.uk.
If you have selected our Standard or Premium Meet & Greet parking options, there is no fee for amending your booking. If you have selected our Budget Meet & Greet package, there is a £10 administrative fee for amending your booking.
Please note that if the number of nights has increased, you will be required to pay any difference in pricing.
Does it cost anything to change my personal or car details?
There is no fee for changing your personal or vehicle details on all bookings. To make this change, please contact us on 02380 232 582 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or email us on info@parking4cruises.co.uk.
How can I cancel my car parking booking?
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us on 02380 232 582 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or email us on info@parking4cruises.co.uk. If you have selected our Standard or Premium Meet & Greet parking options, there is no fee for cancelling your booking.
If you have selected our Budget Meet & Greet package, there is a £10 administrative fee for processing your cancellation.
