Outstanding

We have used this company several times and always been excellent but the last time was outstanding customer service. We needed to get back from our holiday early so rang to see if possible, yes a very lovely Mark waited until after 11pm and collected us from the train station and took us to the car. Very grateful customers

Excellent Service

A seamless experience. I recieved their text the morning of my trip, as requested I texted back when half hour away from the terminal. When I arrived at the carpart, they took photes of my car including the mileage. I was told there would be up to only 6 extra miles added.

On return from the chuise I had a text to say my car was back at the carpark.

Just had a hiccup that was not my or Parking 4 Cruises fault. The problem was sorted by Lucy who was efficient , helpful and kind. Another reason to book with them again. Thanks again.

Great Service

Efficient friendly service. Drop off and pick up right next to the docks. We soiled from one dock and returned to another and parling4cruise were right there and waiting. We had to postpone our cruise from last year and there were no problems with carrying our parking booking forward. Will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely brilliant service

Cant praise the staff highly enough. Brilliant service. My husband accidentally left his phone in the car, and they ran after us to the terminal to make sure we had it. They were waiting in the car park for us on arrival, the procedure was seamless. They text us to say our car was waiting for us on our arrival back to port, and we got straight in and away. We will definitely use them on our next cruise. Brilliant!

Cruise Parking Southampton

Excellent service and hassle free. I dropped the car off after depositing my luggage and was in the terminal at Southampton in a couple of minutes. The location of drop off and pick up was very convenient. I would recommend this company.

Parking4cruises - Excellent company

Just got back from Med cruise and used parking4cruises meet and greet. Hassle free, staff very friendly and very efficient service. Third time I have used this company and every time very pleased. Price very competitive also.

Excellent service

We have used Parking4Cruises many times and the service provided has always been superb. The short stay car parks at all Southampton terminals are a convenient place to meet P4C and are a short walk to the ship. The staff have always been there on time to meet us at departure and on arrival. We cannot fault this company.

Amazing service and at a very competitive price!
We dropped the car off in the short stay car park at Southampton without having to queue at all. Staff were super polite and we were very soon off to the terminal.
On arrival back at Southampton, the car was ready for us to collect once again in the short stay car park, so hardly any walk at all. Very polite staff again and no hold ups at all.
