Car ready on time

At the last minute we decided to disembark Aurora using the Self Help method. This meant that we were ready to pick up our car before 8am. As on previous occasions our car was there waiting to be collected. Thank you for this PARKING4CRUISES.

Good Service Again

Parking is easy with P4C. The parking staff are polite and very helpful. There no need to use another company for cruise parking.

I REALLY recommend P4C!

I have always had the highest service from P4C and would thoroughly recommend them. They are efficient, friendly and helpful. They come out in all weathers and will start your car on jump leads if it fails to start in the winter. Never had any damage to the car and we have been encouraged to check for that. Only two minutes walk from the Southampton cruise terminal. So easy. So good. Brilliant!

CPS FULL

P4C was recommended when CPS was fully booked. We needn't have worried! P4C's were excellent. Personal service and ready on time both when we arrived and when we left with excellent timely texting which was reassuring.

Quality Service

Excellent service throughout - from booking, via text service prior to arrival at port. Easy to find in short term car park near the ship. Literally within a stone's throw of the cruise terminal. Car was ready to collect early on arrival day. Staff were freezing cold but very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Superb service - once again

I can really only repeat my previous review for Parking4Cruises:
The standard of service, efficiency, communications and professionalism of the company remain tip-top! They offer excellent value and a personal 5 star service.
I continue to recommend them to friends and family sailing from Southampton and indeed will be using them for a cruise over Christmas and New Year.

Friendly and efficient service.Arrived back to very cold frosty weather but pleased to say car had started ok and was ready and waiting for us on our return.

Cunard cruise parking

We have used the service of Parking4cruises 4 times now and their service has always been perfect. We self disembark so leave the ship, this time Queen Victoria, about 7.15 and we know our car is ready since we had received their text message. The car is moved off site but the round trip is only about 6 miles so I am fine with that.

Recommended

Used for the first time for our recent cruise on Iona, following recommendation from friends. Service was exactly as expected. Easy to book, reminders sent in advance of holiday, with confirmation texts the day before boarding and again on the morning of arrival back into southampton. Easy to find in car park next to the ship, with no queuing. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be using them again when we book our next cruise.

Perfect parking

The parking provided was perfect. Great comms from text messages, it's a well organised operation. Located in a corner of the short stay car park, it was easy to leave the car and walk over to the departure point. The guy working there was helpful and chatty, explaining how it works. He took pictures of the car exterior and noted the mileage. On return, the car was waiting in same area of the short stay car park. After a quick check all was OK and a signature, we got the keys and were on our way home.
In summary, a very good service at a good price.

Very pleased

We parked for 27 nights ending on 10th December and everything was exactly as promised, a very professional service and much less expensive than CPS. We arrived back in minus 3 degrees, but because the car had been driven a couple of miles to return to the port it was beautifully warm and defrosted. I'd certainly use parking4cruises again.

Iona parking

Great service, easy to park and collect. Would recommend them to any who need parking for a cruise from Southampton. Have used them many times.
