Excellent - again!

Can't fault the team and the service. Text messages exactly as promised both on arrival and subsequent departure. I timed it badly on arrival as 3 cars arrived straight ahead of me but the wait was minimal and I was kept updated as to how things were going, no more than 5 minutes to see me on my way. Car was ready on return and the handover was easy both times. Already looking at when we will be using them again .

Parking and hand over on arrival no problems and car was waiting when we disembarked.
Small problem booking with payment system but left a number to call and received a prompt
reply, payment issues resolved in a quick and friendly manner.
Will continue to use this service for future cruises

October Holiday

Have used previously and this time service was up to usual standard. Turn round both dropping off and collecting in less than ten minutes.

BRILLIANT

Having used Parking4Cruises before, again we were not disappointed. Straight into the short stay car park at Mayflower terminal, trolleys available to help with the cases, swift professional service, on our way within 5 minutes.
Our returning cruise terminal was switched, but our car was waiting for us. Again, a quick check over, signature and we were on our way back home.
Once again real nice people doing the job, awesome service.
We'll be back.

Great service

We used this service in October for an msc cruise. There were issues with payment not being taken on line, but were able to use PayPal no problem. It was easy to follow instructions and the guy was waiting for us to collect the car. All fine and ready when we collected.

October 2022 Island Princess parking

Arrived and was met by the Parking4Crusies rep, no queues and I was on my way to the terminal within 10 minutes. On return our car could be viewed from the ship and on collection it was a 10 minute process.
We have used this company on many cruises and we have not been let down yet. Great service.

Excellent service

Our first time using this company but will definitely be our first port of call when looking for cruise parking in the future.Drop off was as described on their website, also polite professional and efficient including instructions for our return to a different terminal.However circumstances changed during our long cruise and we returned to the same terminal where our car was waiting and formalities completed again, with excellent staff.

Used for the first time and every aspect of the company was exceeded and more through the confusion of the ship being moved from its original final berth.

Excellent Service

have used Parking4Cruise on several occasions and have always had perfect service. This time we arrived back at a different terminal than the one advertised but they were on the ball and duly arrived at the new terminal. We were offered help to unload the luggage trolley and load the car and the attendant arranged to take the trolley. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Excellent service as usual, cheaper and quicker than CPS. The trouble is that too many good reviews will lead to queues longer than CPS!
