Excellent efficient service

It was my 1st time using P4C, after having used the "other" parking service. Must say it was easy to use & staff i met were friendly & efficient. I would use again & would recommend to other cruisers.

Good service

The pre contact messages are excellent. The map to the short stay pick up service isn’t quite up to standard and we wondered about for ages having been directed to the wrong place. As it seemed a lot of people use CPS, there were plenty of signs, so maybe you need to get a lot more signage as to where to go to pick up and drop off my car. Great service from the young man we dropped off with who explained everything very clearly.

You even get a text message before you arrive and when returning back to port letting you know that the car is ready for collection .

Recent car parking with Parking4Cruises.

We have used Parking4Cruises several times at Southampton.The staff are always friendly and professional.We have never had to wait for our car on return we always have self disembarkation.On our latest cruise,returning on the ANTHEM of the SEAS,we got off the ship at 6-15am,and my car was ready and waiting for me.I can recommend Parking4Cruises to any one that needs port parking.It was a pleasure doing business with them and will not hesitate to book with them again in the future,thank you Jeff Rumbelow.

1ST TIME OF USING Parking 4 cruises but could not fault the service from communications before arrival at the port to arrival back at Southampton .As for the price so reasonable, we will definitely being using them again in the not so distance future .

We have used Parking4Cruises many times over the past few years. I can recommend them, we have never had any issues with them. Their service is first class.

As usual, the service was just as advertised. Dropped off our car just across the road from the Mayflower terminal, maximum 100yds distance. Received a text on our disembarkation morning to say the car was available for collection. Walked off Queen Mary 2 at exactly 9am and we were on the road 10 minutes later. Already booked with them for our next cruise. Used many times without any problems.

Could not fault them

Away for three weeks first class dealings with them left our car at one terminal picked it up at another all good it was waiting for us by arrangement through text messages can’t fault the service thank you will use again

Excellent as always

I have used Parking4 cruises quite a number of times now. As always, the service was excellent.

Great service!

First experience of using Parking4Cruises and no complaints. Easy drop off and pick up, knowledgeable and friendly operative.

Only minor issue was not being able to respond to text on day of drop off which was attributed to mobile provider but, ultimately, wasn't a problem at all.

Booking you out too quickly

Being booked out before our luggage was in the car caused my wife to cut her leg unessesary
