Excellent

Excellent service again from Parking4Cruises. Very welcoming and helpful staff greet you and check your car, take photos and mileage. They tell you have many miles will be used to store and return your car to which ever terminal you come back to from your cruise. We have been using their service for several years now and will continue to do so.

Parking at Southampton

The whole process of parking and collection was simple and stress free. The gentleman who assisted me was most helpful, even assisting me by bringing a luggage trolley to the car and lifting my suitcase for me.

Brilliant Again

I have used Parking4cruises several times and have never had anything but first rate service. On this Cruise the return terminal was changed but once again the car was in the right place and we were on our way in no time. I would recommend highly.

Excellent Service

A very simple and straight forward parking arrangement. Representative who dealt with me at start and end of parking period was extremely courteous and helpful. Their site is very close to Ocean Terminal. Car was delivered back well in time for our disembarkation.

Text messages were timely.

Superb service - every time!

On our return from our Christmas and New Year cruise, I can really only repeat my previous reviews for Parking4Cruises:
The standard of service, efficiency, communications and professionalism of the company remain tip-top! They offer excellent value and a personal 5 star service.
I continue to recommend them to friends and family sailing from Southampton. Will be using them again in May (if not before!)

Reliable Friendly Service

We must have used Parking4Cruises about ten times up to now. We have always found them very reliable and helpful. The car is received and photographed very swiftly on arrival and a receipt handed to us. We usually walk off ships as early as possible with our luggage but the car is always there in the car park ready to meet us. Very happy to recommend Parking4Cruises.

Ventura 5th January 23

Good morning, Just a couple of things that spoilt our return to Southampton. Firstly we were wrongly directed to the car park on our return. We ended up pushing our 2 heavvy trolleys down the road on which cars and trucks were travelling trying to find the correct carpark. In the end my husband had to leave me and go to find the car. Following this inorder to reach me and our luggage he had to serve across the road to the wrong side and load the luggage with the hazards on. The car was therefore facing the wrong way and we had to fight our way back into heavy traffic. Secondly, we thought out car should have been rinsed before pick up. The windscreen was covered in bird pooh.

A good & reliable service

We have been using parking4cruises for a number of years & continue to use them as the booking process is simple to use, the Web site is easy to negotiate & the pricing is reasonable. The actual Meet & Greet also works well, a call to them when your 30 minutes out letting then know your approximate time of arrival & just hand the keys over after dropping off the luggage. On your return you get a text to let you know your car is ready for collection, when you arrive to collect your car your keys are handed back to you & your away. I wish all transactions were as as simple & reliable as this one.
