No hassle parking

Excellent service. On arrival, drop bags at terminal, drive 100yds to short stay car park, hand over car. On return, walk to short stay car park and pick up car. No fuss and cheaper than ABP or CPS. Will definately use again.

No problems

We were advised by text that our car was waiting for us a Mayflower Terminal, Southampton just before 7am. The short stay car park was just across from the terminal exit. Less than 10 mins from disembarking we were on our journey home. Always used parking4 cruises and would very happily recommend.

Our second time using this company and I really cant find fault, our arrival terminal was changed but they already knew that, got the texts on the way tot he docks and as the ship docked, done all the bits and bobs and everything was spot on, I will continue to use this company until they do something to upset me,,,,,,,so pleased I recommended our travelling them to our travelling companions and they also used them,,,

Parking for our cruise

The communication was excellent but the only glip was the berth number on the paperwork was incorrect, luckily the gate house staff knew where we needed to go. Overall the service was great and the morning we arrived back at Southampton we received a text message that our car was ready and it was, excellent service.

Christmas Cruise 2022 parking

Excellent, very efficient & totally reliable service from friendly staff.

Car inspected & photographed when checking in. Car waiting when our Fred Olsen ship docked for our Christmas & New Year cruise to Norway.

Staff always friendly, highly efficient company. You literally drop off your luggage drive to short stay car park and leave your car with the staff, only for it to be in the same car park on return with the staff there to help, would never queue for an hour with other companies.
