Excellent Service

We have used Parking 4cruises many times and always found them friendly, professional and extremely efficient. We will continue to use them in the future. We know our car is safe and will be waiting for us just over the road from the berth.

Couldn't be better

Everything worked exactly as described in the web page. The rep who collected and delivered our car was friendly and professional. I can't think of how this service could be better. Highly recommended.

Great Service

We dropped off our luggage first, then drove about 200m to the short stay carpark where the rep was waiting next to the Parking4cruises flag. He took photos of car and recorded the mileage, we handed over the keys and we walked back across the road to embark. Couldn't be easier, and the price is more competitive than other well known cruise parking companies at Southampton docks. We received a text on the morning of our arrival back at Southampton to say our car was ready and waiting. We collected without any problems, and next time we book, we get a 5% discount.
Highly recommend. Good, friendly, professional service.

Great service

We used Parking4Crusing with PO cruise ship Britannia on 23rd June. Excellent service from start to finish. We received a text to give us details on the day we were leaving asking roughly what time we would be at the port. On arrival we followed the flag to the team members and the key was handed in and we were give a card. On the morning of arrival back in port we received a text to say where our car was. Once we got off the ship we had a short walk to the area port.and our car was waiting there. Staff were really friendly. Would definately use again when parking in Southampton

Excellent first time experience

Can't fault our first time experience.
Easy to book, and all instructions were very clear.
So easy to drop off bags at the terminal and drive the very short distance to the short term car park opposite.
Staff were courteous and professional.
Very short walk back to the terminal to board the ship.
Upon return everything went to plan.
We were 100% satisfied. Well done!

5* Service

Very efficient service right from the start of the booking to picking up after a wonderful cruise.
Great communication throughout, sending us texts instructions and keeping us updated.
Would definitely recommend. We will be using them again next year and also much cheaper than CPS.

We arrived back at a different terminal, car was ready and waiting.
Easy walking distance from short-stay car parks to terminal buildings plus bags can be dropped off first.
P4C representative Andy courteous and friendly.
Can be difficult to pick out the P4C rep flag in the cp.

Worked really well

Parking arrangements were just as advised. Flag a little hard to locate on return amongst others but found it and attendant was top class. Allow little time on arrival for all the photos to be taken.

We got to gate 4, after following the instructions provided by Parking4Cruises, and followed the signs to the short stay car park, which was just outside the big fenced-off long stay one. We were unsure if we were in the right place at first, but saw a guy in a high vis and it turned out to be a member of the Parking4Cruises team - so they were really helpfully placed. There was also a Parking4Cruises banner a bit further down.

I put the printed off badge on our dashboard, and they talked us through the process of collecting the car when we got back. They also took lots of pictures of the car, to document its condition, and told us that it would be taken to their secure compound (about 5 miles down the road). They were really polite.

When we got back we walked over to where we had dropped the car off and someone was waiting for us there, who was also very polite and helpful.
I'd use them again definitely, and they were also cheaper than the other car parks. It was so stress free.

Only criticism is that you need a taller, brighter logo flag to make it easier to spot you in the short term car park on return pick up.

Fab service

We booked parking4cruises for the first time. We arrived and were met by a lovely lady who took us through the process. From start to finish the service was faultless the only stumbling block was the “text half an hour before “ didn’t work but we needn’t have worried they were ready and waiting and the same when the ship docked in the way back. We’ve just booked again for our October cruise with a 5% added bonus discount. Excellent service provided 👍

Good value, very reliable

We have used parking4cruises for a number of years and have never had any problems. We have left from one cruise terminal and returned to another one, our car has always been there. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will certainly keep using them . Our car has never had any marks when we picked it up and are very good value.
