Didn’t worry

Hi. I was initially unsure to use a meet and greet service. When we arrived the guy took our mileage down and photographed the outside of the vehicle. This made me confident that if there had been any damage both parties would be sure who was at fault. The car was there on time at pick up. It’s a great service and would definitely use them again.

We can’t fault parking 4 cruises. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Easy to drop the car off and it was there waiting for us when we sailed into port to come home.

First time customer. Both the booking process and the drop off and collection were straight forward. The dock was very busy with 5000+ passengers but the instructions given were clear and simple. Definitely recommend this service.

Cruise parking

First class could not fault staff very efficient will use again

Drop off was just a feet away from our luggage drop off. We needed a mechanic to visit the car while we were on the cruise and Mark from Parking4cruises made this happen. On our return, we still had a mechanical problem and Mark again went above and beyond to make things as easy as poss for us. I would not use any other parking company.

Cruise parking at Southampton was absolutely great. All ran smoothly both departing and arriving back from our cruise. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family and we would use you again.

First Time Users

Just returned from a two week cruise, having used Parking4Cruises for the first time (always CPS previously but prices have hiked). A little nervous about changing but was no need - almost identical service you just drop your car at the short stay car park (Mayflower was a 2 minute walk across the road), photos taken, mileage recorded and met by nice friendly staff. Car was back ready for collection an hour before we disembarked and was a doddle. Will most definitely use again and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Does what it says, well.

Used this service many many times.
It is the closest, easiest, fastest and I think cheapest parking service at the Cruise Terminals.

Miles better than the big (CPS ?) operator..

Five minutes from luggage drop off to back to ship and same from leaving Terminal five minutes to collect car and back to load luggage Or take luggage on trolley to car, even quicker.

Avoids all the parking queues/lines to the Terminal, you go straight to Lane 1.

Great Service, great price

Left our car with Parking4cruises in July (2023) for a 2 week cruise from Southampton. On our journey up we were asked to give them a text from about 30 mins away which we did. As soon as we arrived at the port we were directed to the car park where we would be dropping off our car. When we got there we were met by two lovely ladies who checked our details and took pictures of the car before taking our keys from us and wishing us a happy holiday. We then took our cases and walked the short distance to our terminal (Mayflower which took about 4-5 mins). Whilst waiting in the queue at the cruise terminal we saw our car being driven to its storage location.
On our disembarkation morning we received an email to say the car was ready and waiting and as soon as we arrived back at the car park we were given our keys and a nice gentleman came and checked the car over with us to ensure that we were happy with everything. A straight forward process, we were very happy with parking4cruises.
5 star service and very competitive price. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to other cruisers.

The Best

Once again faultless and hassle free parking (unlike the journey to Port).
We have used other local companies and consider this far superior as you can drop off cases and park up away from the mayhem with checking in a doddle, our ship docked at a different berth and the car was there. For those worried about the walk it's across the road and just as close as it's rivals and nice friendly staff to boot.

Thanks to the parking4cruises crew once again. Used the service for our recent trip on Britannia. Have used several times before and we are already booked in for our next cruise later this year. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Parking 4 Cruises

Booked with Parking 4 Cruises recently for our 2 week cruise on Britannia and as usual found them to be very friendly, polite and caring, took pictures of our car and as we are both pensioners, staff offered to load our cases into the car on our return, great service, my only criticism would be the lack of signs to the Parking 4 Cruises pick up area on return.
Highly Recommend them, used many times always efficient and value for money.
