Was ok but a bit strange upon collection

I was expecting this service to be outside the terminal as we paid for meet and greet, but it was a few minutes walk from the terminal to drop the car off. A bit mislead, as mum and I have mobility difficulties.
Service was efficient and friendly.
Upon collection, there was a large handwritten note across my steering wheel to read 'don't touch the window'. I have absolutely no idea what this meant or who wrote it. The lady who we got the keys from had no idea either. Very strange and this was an expensive parking service. Not too happy to be honest. I'd like an explanation what this note was for and who wrote it etc.

Great service

We arranged parking for a recent cruise from Southampton. Easy process from start to finish, including the online booking. We dropped the car off in the short term car park very close to the cruise terminal where a representative was waiting.
On our return the car was ready and available for collection. The whole process was well organised and hassle free.
We will use again and thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from making the booking until we picked car up after our cruise. Representing was waiting as promised to take car, process very easy and informative. Collection of car also very easy as it was waiting for when we disembarked. Totally recommend this company and will be using them again in future. Thank you.

Excellent service

Easy to book, easy to use. Would definitely use again if cruising from Southampton. Drivers where they said they would be on arrival and car waiting for us on return. I do wish I had paid a little extra for car wash & valeting but I will know next time.

Excellent Service & Good Value

Have previously used Parking4Cruises (pre-Covid) so knew they were reliable, but keen to see if things had changed. Pleased to say they provide the same great service. We were running a bit late on day of arrival and we even got a personal phone call to check everything was ok. Car was checked over, photos & mileage taken, and we then handed over the keys, leaving us free to head over and check in. On the morning of our return we received a text to say our car was waiting for us. We collected it and were on our way back home by 7.50am. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent Service

First time using Parking4cruises. We picked this company having read reviews and their competitive price. Communication and instructions clear and easy to follow. Drop off was quick and easy, photographs were taken of the vehicle and mileage noted. Pick up was even easier and vehicle was waiting for us when we disrmbarked. Would definitely use them again.

Prompt and courteous

Excellent product. Easily found on the day once we asked where the short stay car park as to be found. Quick set up and then off to the cruise. Pick up even easier. Communications by email and text were sufficient and to the point. One of the best systems for parking I have used. No waiting for busses or long journey from the port. Throughly reccommend

Excellent as usual

We have used Parking4cruises before and have always found the service excellent, the drop off area is usually very close to the ship in the short stay parking area. Before you hand over the keys several photograph's will be taken of your car which is reassuring and provides a point of reference for both parties upon collection.
When returning from holiday you will need to let them know your estimated leaving ship time and your car will be ready to collect in the short stay car parking area....the procedure works very well & their staff are courteous & helpful...overall an excellent service.

Excellent service

Just recently used parking4cruises and will definitely use again, when I booked I mentioned that I was in a wheelchair and the lady from the company rang and explained what we had to do and if I needed additional help I had to let them know. They also rang me on the morning of the cruise to see what approx time I would be arriving at the port. As promised they were there waiting for us when we disembarked. I have another cruise booked in Feb 2024 so will be booking again. Thankyou PARKING4CRUISES see you in feb.
