Fantastic 'all round' service

Brilliant Service

We used this service for a two week cruise out of Southampton this month and were extremely pleased. Booking was simple and straightforward - text messages in the day of parking were reassuring and we also received a phone call before we arrived.
The process was straightforward and our car was waiting for us in the short stay car park when we disembarked.

Hassle free

Easy parking instructions and they took picture all around car when we arrived. Fiendly person waiting when we arrived back to pick up car. The previous year we unfortunately had to cancel and money was repaid without a problem.

Easy and efficient

I would recommend this service to anyone taking a cruise out of Southampton
Easy to book, h you text them 30 minutes before you arrive, hand over and collection took no more than 5 minutes each time, they were easy to locate in the short stay car park, literally a two minute walk from the arrival/ departure terminal
The cost was approximately £100 less then quoted by arrival company
Even have a discount code to use next time! Which hopefully will be soon !

Stress free parking

Simple and stress free service. It's the 2nd time we've used Parking 4Cruises and would definitely use again. Easy booking process, greeted by friendly and efficient staff both at drop off and collection. Great communication and information on both departure and return days. Faultless. Have recommended the company to colleagues, friends and family.

Friendly greeting in short stay car park, quick check of car, photos all round including mileage.
Car waiting on return to Southampton, again friendly greeting from staff. Given keys and good to go.

So easy to find with great customer service from receiving text alerts and at Southampton port. The return was also excellent service with the car ready for us across the road from collecting our luggage.
