Excellent

Efficient procedure for drop off and collection that was simple to understand. What was outstanding though was a welcome home text to me at 6am when boat docked 2 hours early saying they were there already. This enabled our quick departure dodging long queues and heavy traffic. Lovely, friendly staff too. We shall be back!

No hassle parking

As the title says, no hassle with friendly and efficient staff to great you both on arrivaland on leaving. Will use again

Good location

Only 4 stars. As up to point of picking up car it’s was going well , friendly staff. Clear signs. On time.
But due to staff issues ( boss in hospital ) , we turned up to collect car and it was filthy. Paid extra for the service but so far not seen a refund.
Felt sorry for guy who had to deal with unhappy customers. But it’s not what we paid for.
Please do use this company as I would imagine without hiccup it would be straightforward.

Excellent service

We have just come back from a two week cruise. Checking in the car took less than 10mins and the same after the cruise. The staff were polite and efficient and we would use the service again.

So quick and hassle free

Highly recommend this company. Whilst we witnessed long queues for other parking facilities at Southampton we just drove straight into the short stay car park, completed a quick bit of admin, handed the keys and we were on the ship. All this was done in the space of fifteen minutes on a very busy Saturday morning at the port. On arrival home car was there waiting for us and, again, we were on our way in a matter of minutes. Friendly customer focussed company. Please use!

First Class

When we got to the dock the queue for the main cruise parking was massive. The guy on the gate told us to follow the bus lane around the car park and there will be our parking guy there. Indeed he was and we parked in minutes. Heard from other s that they queued for upwards of an hour for the other parking .
Same on departure Sean their rep greeted us with a smile and our car and we were out In minutes.

Once again a good service at a very competitive price. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Collection and pickup completed very smoothly and on time. Have used P4C several times previously and have received excellent service. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.

A little tricky to find with satnav. Payed for return car wash but did not get one. Other than that it was ok.

What a lovely company. Cheerful, helpful and polite.

Instructions for arrival and picking up were clear. The young lady and chap could not have been better. The chap offered to put the luggage into the car ( both of us in our late 70’s).
Will be using them again for sure and won’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very, very pleased…..

This was our first time using Parking4cruises, we have always used CPS previously but they were full for our cruise.
We were very very pleased with the overall service and the pre/post cruise procedures were very straightforward, so now Parking4Cruises will be our go-to company for future cruises.

TOP SERVICE

This was our fourth time using your service and, as with every other time service was excellent from start to finish. This is the best parking service in Southampton I have ever used. I always recommend it to fellow cruisers on the ships and hope that they take my advice.

Superb service - once again

On our return from our two week cruise onboard Arvia, I can really only repeat my previous reviews for Parking4Cruises:
The standard of service, efficiency, communications and professionalism of the company remain tip-top! They offer excellent value and a personal and friendly 5 star service.

Recently parked at Ocean Terminal using parking4cruises, the whole experience was very smooth, the contact on the day was first class and straight forward. car was ready and waiting when we had finished our cruise. Highly recommended.
