Brilliant service from start to finish, no hesitation in recommending them

Great Service Overall

Great service overall, I did however have difficulty finding the short stay carpark, the sat nav postcode takes you to the area which seems to cover the whole dock area, which is fairly big. I was driving up & down the wrong road, which had lots of car parks on it, there is a road that runs parallel to the road I was on thats separated by car parks & businesses, I was informed of this by person I rang for help at parking for cruises.
Once on the correct road I managed to find it after driving into several car parks & back out again as it wasn't the right one.
I think some larger advertising banners at the car park that can be seen from the road would be of benefit to future customers, and maybe a small map of the Dock area with the route to the car park drawn on, you could download it with the Parking for cruises ticket.

Once there the staff were very friendly and I was also called back by the person I rang to see if I was there.
Handing the car over was a speedy process and my car was waiting for me when I returned.

A shaky start due to getting lost in the Dock area, but the service and help I recieved was fantastic.
I would highly recommend parking for cruises and would use them again in the future.

Easy drop off and pick up

Parking for Cruises was very easy and looked after us very well. We dropped our car off in the short stay car park on the morning of our cruise and it was ready and waiting for us when we disembarked - very smooth service. The staff were really good and made sure that our car arrived and was dropped off in the same condition - we wish to extend our thanks to all concerned

Excellent 5 * service

Couldn't be happier with the service received on our recent cruise. Having not used the company before I was a bit nervous, however, no need to be as from start to finish there was excellent communication which was reassuring. Our car was ready and waiting when we docked back in Southampton, and as we like to get off the ship early, (7.30am) so that was perfect.
I have already recommended this company on the P&O Facebook forums and will certainly be using them again for our next cruise.

Excellent

We have used this service a few times over the years. It is easy to book and amend times and dates if necessary.
We left the luggage for checking in and drove a few yards to leave the car with the representative in the short stay carpark.

On our return at a different cruise terminal we collected our luggage and walked to the short stay where we found our car. So easy!

Myself and my husband were very worried on the day of of cruise as we had never used Parking 4 cruises before , well what can I say Excellent service from beginning to end .
Fast and easy on the day of departure, friendly staff and very helpful.
We will definitely use Parking 4 cruises again and will definitely recommend to friends and family 10/10

Fantastic Service

First time using this company and they were fantastic, easy to find at the port, quick to hand over the car and waiting for us when we arrived back - would highly recommend!

Absolutely spot on!

Having previously used other parking companies. I was recommended Parking 4 Cruises from a friend. Not only do you save money, the customer service is fantastic and with friendly staff at the terminal. I was initially concerned about how far away we would need to drop the car off from the terminal building but this concern was diminished as soon as we realised it was literally across the road (Ocean Terminal).
We will definitely be using Parking 4 Cruises again. Excellent! *****

Smooth experience

Car was dropped off in the short stay car park and attended to pretty quickly. Very smooth process, with clear instructions given as to what to do upon our return. When we came back our vehicle was already in the car park in exactly the condition in which we had left it. Hand over was simple and the friendly staffer gave clear instructions on how to get away from the port. All in all, a great experience.

Very convenient location at the terminal. Good customer interaction. Easiest parking - car drop/car pick up - that I have experienced. Cheapest quote as well. Will definitely be my first 'port' of call next time.

The parking service bookable through our cruise operator had no room so we were recommended to try Parking4Cruises . Everything from booking to final collection was straightforward and efficient.
