Simple, swift, super service.
Will use for next cruise.

Great value, stress free service

From arrival at Ocean terminal where we met P4C in the short stay car park (easy to find), to collection on disembarktion their service is well organised and stress free. I received a text on the morning of embarkation and later a phone call during the day asking when I was expecting to arrive (as we had a very late embarkation time), the car was checked over on arrival photographs and mileage taken and we were not rushed, the process for collection was fully explained. On disembarktion I received a text at 6am advising that our car was ready and waiting for us in the short stay car park so we could disembark early. Straight off the ship and straight to the car, no queuing for keys, P4C were waiting for us and showed us to our car, they made sure we checked the car over and were happy. Will definitely be using P4C again 5*

Cannot fault

This was a family cruise with three cars arriving and all were received in minutes. On return all were waiting and we were all on the road again within minutes. There was no damage to the cars so absolutely first class. We also had contact from them to check on our arrival times so it was a good experience.

Great Service

Fab service from start to finish. Was really easy. Car was there ready waiting at pick up! All good. Will defo use again.

I Would recommend parking for cruises and I will be using them again on my next cruise from Southampton.

This is the 2nd time we have used Parking 4 Cruises.
They provide an excellent service. And jeep you informed by text on what to do on the day of your cruise. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service

This was the first time that we have used Parking 4 Cruises and won’t be the last. Communication prior to the cruise and on the day of the cruise was excellent and when we arrived the team were very friendly and explained what would happen with the car and the arrangements for our return. On our return I received a text at 8 am to say the car was ready and waiting for us. We were then met by more friendly people and shown to our car.

It’s so easy to book on line with different options to suit everyone.
They are priced very competitively too
Drop off luggage at the terminal and then a very short drive to their point in the car park. It was a 2 minute walk back to the terminal.
Friendly staff too who make this company well worth using.

So easy

I regularly use parking4cruises. It so easy. Just turn up. Drop your car off. All takes a few minutes and that’s it. Your car is ready and waiting when you get back. The staff are so friendly as well.

This company offered an easy and convenient service right at the cruise terminal. My car was clean and ready to collect once i received their text message. Re-booked again for next cruise.

Fantastic Service

Just returned home after using Parking4Cruises for the first time. Everything was so easy dropping off the car and picking up. Very professional and friendly company. So impressed we are using them again next month. Highly recommend

Disapointing

Very impressed with the check in when we parked for our cruise from the Ocean Terminal. All went smoothly.
I'd booked a car wash for my return which hadn't been done and although pick up went smoothly I was promised a refund back on my credit card.
I have now emailed 3 times and as of yet no refund so yes Disappointing.
I would recommend that a car wash is not included when making a booking but would use this company again.

Absolutely fantastic service, we had a very last minute change of vehicle which could have been a major hassle, it was sorted out with no problems at all.
Everyone we dealt with was brilliant, friendly & professional.
Everything was so easy & stress free.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Parking4Cruises again.
