Excellent service

We found Parking4Cruises provided an excellent service. Information was very clear. On the morning of our cruise we got a text from them and we had to reply 30 minutes before we arrived at the port. You can drive in, drop your luggage and then just drive to the short stay car park on the other side of the road. Check in was efficient. They took photos and wrote down the mileage. Then we walked across the road to the ship. On return, we received a text early in the morning saying our car was ready. Walked across the road to the car and it was there waiting for us. Very friendly staff handed the car over. Only 1 mile on the clock. All in all a great and friendly service and I would highly recommend.

Excellent service

Parked at Southampton Cruise terminal for our two week cruise. Everything went like clockwork. Smooth handover of the car and it was ready waiting for us on return, only a short walk away. Would definitely use again.

What can I say... absolutely perfect. We were met on arrival only about 100 yards from the cruise terminal. A few.minutes later we were done.

Coming back to the car 2 weeks later, a very similar experience. Very friendly, pleasant and incredibly efficient people. Would recommend and definitely use again for the next cruise.

Great service

First time using this service. Very easy to use. Dropped my cases at the terminal then drove 100 metres to drop my car off. On return the car was ready for me despite the cruise starting to disembark at 6.45 am. Will use again.

Great, easy service and good value. Park on the carpark next to the ship, quick once over the car and take milage. Car ready on disembarking the ship.

Great Service Again

I/we have used Parking4Cruises for a number of years now and have always had excellent service.
The checking in and collection service is always seamless, with the staff being very helpful and pleasant. The mileage is always exactly what they say it will be (6 miles total).
Will be using again next June, when we are booked out of Southampton again.

As expected

We have used PARKING4CRUISES several times ... which really says it all! As usual the process was very easy and worked very well. The staff were very pleasant and it was much quicker than the drop off/wait for car alternative which we used to use when cruising.

Very efficient service

After having experienced some really problematic situations with another parking company at Southampton, I was nervous about trying parking4 cruises. I needn't have been! Their booking website was very straightforward and simple, the arrival instructions easy.. When I entered the car park their staff were easy to find and professional in their approach. On returning after my cruise, again they were easy to find, and my car waiting for me.
Everything went well and the cost wasn't bad either!! I will probably be using them on my next outing. Thanks

short and sweet review - excellent service. Kept us up to date with what to do,where to go etc and all ran to plan. Car was waiting for us on our return at the short stay car park only a 100 yard or so walk from the cruise terminal. Will use again next cruise thank you

Great value, stress free service

From arrival at Ocean terminal where we met P4C in the short stay car park (easy to find), to collection on disembarktion their service is well organised and stress free. I received a text on the morning of embarkation and later a phone call during the day asking when I was expecting to arrive (as we had a very late embarkation time), the car was checked over on arrival photographs and mileage taken and we were not rushed, the process for collection was fully explained. On disembarktion I received a text at 6am advising that our car was ready and waiting for us in the short stay car park so we could disembark early. Straight off the ship and straight to the car, no queuing for keys, P4C were waiting for us and showed us to our car, they made sure we checked the car over and were happy. Will definitely be using P4C again 5*

Cannot fault

This was a family cruise with three cars arriving and all were received in minutes. On return all were waiting and we were all on the road again within minutes. There was no damage to the cars so absolutely first class. We also had contact from them to check on our arrival times so it was a good experience.
