Really Good Service

28 night Cruise departing from Ocean terminal and returned to Mayflower.
Collection and return with no problems, staff very polite as ever and efficient service with clear text messages prior to departure and a smile despite the terrible weather on our return.
Will be using them again next year.

Have used 6 times and find it easy, efficient and as easy to use as P&O - who I only use when I have excess 'on board spend'. Sometimes quicker on departure, when P&O have long queus. Cheaper, particularly for long stays.

What's plan B?

Everything fine, except that my mobile couldn't return the necessary response/text back, and there is no other easy way of contacting the company to warn them of our impending arrival or departure, It appears that the 'computer system' rejects all texts from unknown sources, inlcuding my wife's mobile. Perhaps you should have an option on the booking site for a second mobile phone?

On our return, because we had problems getting there, they even cheerfully delivered our car to us at a time and place which were different from those advertised.

As my husband is disabled in a wheelchair car parks with shuttle buses are not suitable anymore so we have been using this car parking at Southampton port I can drop off the case and then my husband with the hand luggage where he is taken care of by the P and O staff I then just have to drive to the short stay car park and leave the car in the very capable hands of the guys from parking4 cruises and walk back to the terminal The car is then back on the day we return and even when we came in early this time and I called from the ship my car was already there We have used this service for several years now and it’s so easy I would definitely recommend it We sometimes stay just outside the port in a travelodge and then have a short drive on the day and its a cheaper way to do it than a hotel with parking in Southampton

Cruise parking service

This was my first time using this service which was very efficient from start to finish.
Drop off and pick up we’re aided by early text messages giving good directions.
I would recommend using them.

Good Friendly Service

Easy on line booking process. Courteous friendly staff. Car relocated to another terminal and ready for collection. You are given a card with a map that identifies the car park where your vehicle will be. All seem to be in easy reach and a few minutes walk from the terminals. The display flag to identify the location of the staff in the car park could do with being more prominent in colour. Worth using again.

Excellent service. They did everything they said they would do, Easy drop off right opposite the ship. Car waiting when I got off. Martin was polite, pleasant and efficient. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Well worth the money.
