We have used parking 4 cruises several times over the years and the standards of service is excellent .They keep u up to date via tex message regarding dropping and picking your car up .my car was their at 7.45 am .waiting for us .thanks parking 4 cruises.

Good As Ever

As ever the usual ease and convenience of dropping luggage at Main Terminal with no queuing like for CPS, then straight into Short Stay Car Park to drop car off. Return is so easy wheel your luggage to the car and we were away within ten minutes of getting our luggage.

Excellent - Does what it say's on the tin

It can be hard to contact them on the phone, but if you leave a message they will get back to you, or email them. The service is excellent.

Just recently I booked a back to back cruise on Ventura with P&O. After I booked the car parking P&O had to cancel the first of the two cruises due to Ventura breaking down. However, Parking 4 Cruises, happily dealt with that no problem and was there to receive my car when we arrived for the second cruise.

During the second cruise we decided to stay on for the short cruise following that one. P&O let us ring Parking for Cruises from Ventura, and extend our parking. Albeit I left a message on their answer phone, they did action on it, and my car was stored safely until my return.

My partner and I have used Paarking 4 Cruises on several occasions now, and have always been happy with their service.

A loyalty scheme isn't yet in situ, but they would be doing themselves a favour if they started one, especially with all the parking companies in the area trying to get business.

All in all, you would not be disappointed using this company. I give it 5 stars.

First class service

We used parking for cruises in December for the second time, we will never use anybody else now, The operative was waiting for us in the nearby short stay car park when we arrived, the hand over was speedy and professional and they were waiting for us early in the morning when we docked.

Xmas on Ventura from Southampton

Excellent all round service. Drop off and pick up went very smoothly, and very convenient from the short stay car park next to the dock. Will definitely be using again in the future and would recommend to others. Many Thanks.

Hassle Free Parking

Just got back from a Canaries Christmas cruise and having used Parking4cruises on numerous occasions they are as hassle free as ever, however I would suggest more signage at the entrance of the short term car park to assist anybody who has not used they before.

As always, a simple hassle free start and end to our cruise. Team are polite and helpful, even giving some helpful directions and traffic advice when we collected our car at the end of the cruise. Highly recommended.

Good As It Gets

All the online booking, texts etc as promised on arrival and collection.Our ship was late docking by about 5 hours but it seemed to be covered and text to say car was waiting for me arrived just before we all started to disembark.Nothing to fault ,really good service and the bonus was the price which was extremely competitive.Will definitely use again.

After using your company for a few years when leaving the ship know one seemed to be able to direct us to the short stay car park. Twice we were directed in the wrong direction. This was our first time at this dock.

Parking at Southampton Docks

Perfect service. Don't know how anyone could use the competition - same facility bar a slight walk, but at a considerably lower price. I would only use Parking4 cruises.

Excellent as always

We have used Parking4Cruises quite a few times now. The prices are great and service is excellent. This cruise our disembarkation terminal was moved the day prior, but our car was waiting for us and we were away before 9am, which made us very happy on Frantic Friday with a 250mile drive ahead of us. The meet and greet team are friendly and efficient and the booking process couldn't be simpler. We will definitely use them again.
