As efficient as ever

4th time of using P4C and the service was, as always, 2nd to none. Easy, quick drop off. Just 5 minutes from drop off to check in and a short stroll, on return, to collect the car and on to be on our way. Efficient, quick and economical. Will I continue to use? Of course I will!

Seemless quality

I have used this facility on several occasions and always without problem.

A quick check of the vehicle and photos taken. On the ship after a fifty yard walk.

On return following a last minute change of terminal I was assisted in loading my cases into the boot.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am very satisfied returning customer of this company. They are always on time, their location is simple and easy to find. They take great care in receiving my vehicle, recording the milage and photographing the car. The distance travelled in parking the vehicle is always the same 4.9 mile. They offer a number of options for valeting and cleaning or just parking. Above all else they are insured and do not rely on their drivers driving on the customers own insurance.

Texts received re embarkation and disembarkation, always at the car park on arrival and car always available at the end of the cruise. Courteous and professional, what more could you want.

Now in the habit of using this excellent service. Competitively priced and never let us down. Another service we have used claim that all you need to do is drop the car at the terminal, however, we know that so often you are held in a lengthy queue. With this service there is just a small walk to the short stay car park, your car is photographed, mileage taken and off you go. Recently they have sent reminders of your booking which I find reassuring.

Having been a previous customer, I knew I was due a 5% discount , but couldn't recall the code. A phone call sorted that.
Parking at Southampton cruise terminal worked out 25% lower than Cunard's recommended firm, and the arrangements couldn't be easier. Drop off luggage at ship, drive away about 200 yards to short term parking where the Parking4cruises representative awaits. They move the car about 2 and a half miles. No problems experienced.
On return, a text is received indicating car will be in short term parking, where a representative awaits again. Quick check over the car and then sign off.
Courteous staff and excellent messaging throughout. This firm should be your no brainer parking service.
