Excellent Service

Drop off is easy, literally just a few minutes walk from the main terminal. This was a real bonus, as the area directly in front of the terminal is heaving, and there is a lengthy queue for the car parks there.
The drivers are professional and friendly, and photos are taken of your vehicle.
We received a text to confirm collection on the morning we arrived back , and they were there waiting for us.
Just about the smoothest pre-holiday parking experience we have ever had and highly recommended.

Parking4cruises is excellent easy to deal with friendly staff. Very easy to find and a short walk to the terminal, we use them appropriately four times a year and the service is always efficient

Usual Excellent Service

Used the company again for our recent cruise. Have used Parking4Cruises for many years and the service has always been excellent, as it was this time.

Service provided

We used Parking 4cruises for most of May 2024. Everything went smoothly, the staff were very efficient during the time we dropped off the car and later collected it. Photographs were taken when the car was dropped so there could be no damage concerns on collection. We will certainly be using them in the future.

First time using

Would have been 5 stars but car was dirty when collecting, paid for wash.
Need bigger signs in car parks.
Brilliant otherwise.

Southampton parking

Very good service, never been from the horizon terminal before so didn't know what to expect. It was ok but a lot busier than I expected at 10.00 am.
We sailed back to a different terminal and my car was waiting for us when we arrived. Although it was a bit longer walk back to the car.
I would definitely use them again
