Happy

Very easy, we dropped our bags off and drove into the short stay as instructed. We could see the flag easily so we parked up, and a lovely guy introduced himself, went through the process, took my mileage and pictures of the car and that was it. 5 minutes tops! Then coming back I went back to the same area, collected my keys and I was on my way. The service provided was lovely and efficient, will be using for our next cruise

Used these guys on numerous occasions and found them to be friendly, courteous and reliable, you leave and collect car from short stay car park just across the service road virtually opposite ship.

Parking

first class service, 3rd time and never had any issues, will always use them when leaving from Southampton, someone always there to greet you when you arrive to drop car off and car is ready when disembarking , not wasting any time walking around a car park looking for your car.

Great Service

Second time of using this service and found it great value compared to CPS and use the same short stay car park to drop off/ pick up car at QE2 terminal.
Good communication and for readers who have not used before you drop luggage off at the terminal the take car to short term car park and find P4C waiting, (reverse on return so no need to push luggage to car park unless you fancy some exercise).
They do warn of an extra 10 miles for them to take and return car to secure compound.

Great choice for Cruise parking

Great company to use for your cruise from Southampton. Simple & straightforward drop off & pick up of your car as the short stay car park is very close to the terminals. Good price too!

I wouldn't use anyone else

I have used this company 3 times now and have always received great customer service. All the staff are very friendly. Pick up and drop off points are very close to the cruise terminal.

Easy and Quick

On departure, our car was dropped off and we were waiting in the queue to embark very quickly.
On arrival back in Southampton, we walked out the front of the terminal, crossed the road and our car was there waiting for us in the short stay car park. No hassles, no problems, just quick and efficient service.

Brilliant Service

We used this service for the first time at the end of May this year when parking in Southampton.
The service was absolutely faultless from start to finish. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Sean, who met us at the end of our holiday.... was especially helpful.

Easy parking process

Very easy process. Text with directions received on morning of cruise, drove into car park, P4C chap examined car, took photos and explained car would be taken off site for storage, gave me a receipt for return and waved me goodbye. Ship was, literally, 2 minutes walk away (QE2 terminal). On return the car was waiting for me with leaving terminal to driving away about 15 minutes. Great price too, much better than other providers. Would definitely use again

Great service

When we arrived at the carpark, the man was waiting for us. After a nice welcome, he showed us where to park and checked over the outside of our car for his records. He explained what happens next and he even helped us get luggage trollies for the short walk to the port.
When we arrived back, after getting our luggage, we crossed to the carpark and a man was again waiting for us with our keys and gave us a nice welcome back.
Cant fault the service, both men were friendly but professional. Car was fine and in the same condition as we left it.
Will definitely use this company again next year when we cruise again.

This was the first time that we used parking4cruises and the whole process was very smooth and professional. It was easy to find the drop off point in the short stay car park and the staff were all friendly and provided excellent customer service. The car was ready for us straight away at the end of our holiday and the car had been safely looked after. We would definitely use them again.

Ventura trip

Great service provided. Company were at the Quay side when we arrived, ready to take our call. Quick, easy process handing over the car. On returning from the cruise we received a text to say our cars were ready and waiting for us. We have never used this company before, but will definitely do so in the future.

From the beginning to the very end of our cruise we didn't have any worries with Parking 4 cruises.

Great service

Dropped luggage off at terminal and drove to short-stay car park where car was checked in quickly by a very friendly staff member.

We returned to a different terminal, but received a text before disembarkation to say our car was waiting for collection at the new terminal. We did self-disembarkation and wheeled our luggage across to the short-stay car park and after a quick check, loaded up our bags and were away.

Great service and we will be booking again for next years cruise!
