Fantastic service

Took a leap of faith booking instead of using p and o parking and it was brilliant ! We were met by staff on arrival and the car and a member of staff were there on our return.
P and o customers were queuing for their key s !! Their cars were the other side of the metal fence to ours ie three steps away ,!!
Much much better rates.

Excellent Service

Excellent service from drop off to pick up. Received text message prior to arrival at short term car to say a representative was waiting to meet us. Hand over included examination of the car and mileage noted.
Text at end of holiday to say car was ready for us. We left the ship at 7.30 am and was on our way at 8am. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Great service

Easy service to use, every thing went smoothly. Drop off of the car took only two minutes & on our return no waiting at all. From leaving the ship at 07:30am, collecting our luggage, walking to the short stay car park, and receiving the car keys plus a discount card for a future time, took only 15 minutes. This was the 5th time we have used Parking4cruises and will use them again.

We have used Parking4Cruises at Southampton foe some years now and have never been let down.

The new text service is yet another great addition to the service they give.

We have literally just got back from our latest cruise a couple of days ago, and everything was easy. For us, we use them, as we find it a lot easier to get away from the short term car park on collecting our car, then fight with the masses trying to get out of the car park compound area operated by a competitor..............plus the cost is a lot cheaper.

We also find that their staff are friendly and efficient.

The new 3 options of parking service will allow for all types of budget with only a few pounds difference between each level.

Great service.........................We have just booked with them again, for our next cruise.

P&O Cruise Southampton

Second time I have used them and very impressed with friendly and professional service. Cheaper then other port companies and apart from a few yards extra to walk dropping off and picking up the car, very good value for money.
They had even had a hose over the car prior to pick up and very few deposits from the local seagulls!

Will be using them again in the future.

QM2 Trip to Norway 17 June 2018

I booked with P4C on-line which was very straight forward, it is the fourth time we have booked with them. As always the drop-off and pick up was very slick. The staff that you meet are very friendly. On the return journey I received a text message to confirm that my car was ready for collection.

It is reassuring to know that your car is in good hands whilst you are away and I will be booking P4C for the next trip.

Excellent service from the time I booked to parking the car and picking it up on our return from the cruise. Kept in touch by you with several texts.. Directions to the cruise terminal very informative. Finally you were the cheapest company I contacted and very happy to use you.

Easy Parking

Whenever we have started our cruise we have used the parking provided by the cruise company. However, on this occasion, after reading numerous reviews praising P4C I booked a slot with P4C well in advance of our cruise to take advantage of their discounted offer.

P4C staff at the car park very polite, professional and helpful.
P4C will be our first port of call for future cruises boarding at Southampton.

Efficient & Professional.

Used Parking4Cruise for the first time. Impressed with the prior information, the courtesy of the receiving staff who photographed my vehicle, the text message on the day of return to assure me the my vehicle was waiting, and the charming welcome on returning to my vehicle.

My only error was not paying for the washing service on offer, as my vehicle appeared to have been used by the local seagulls for target practice with some success.

Parking 17.06.18 to 24.06.18

I used your car parking service for a cruise on Britannia from 17th June 2018 to 234tyh June 2018, and found the service just to my expectations. I rate your service as excellent, and will user you again on my next cruise.
