We were very impressed with the service given, very informative and will definitely be using them again.

Great Service

Third time we have used this company. Never had a problem, just drop off cases and take car to short stay car park opposite. They do a check and take photographs. Car is always ready to collect in car park when we return usually getting off as early as possible.

Good job well done

I'll be frank, I had booked my parking with ANOTHER company and a few days before we were due to leave they cancelled us and refunded the money saying that they were overbooked. I was very annoyed to say the least.
Anyway to cut a long story short we booked with Parking 4 Cruises, they were there to meet us, sent us a text reminder, car was waiting when we returned, car washed down all in all a perfect service. We even received a 5% discount voucher for the next time.

Parking made Easy

I used Parking4Cruises on a 19 night Cruise (P and O) to Greenland recently and found them ever so Easy to use.They operate in the same Fashion as the other popular Car Parking Service just as efficient.
The only differences are :
1.You have to drive your car into the short Stay Car Park after dropping off your luggage at the Ship.
2.Then when you return home,you can either take you luggage to the Short Stay Car Park for Drive you Car to the Ship.
3. You get the Best Price for this type of Parking in Southampton.Plus a 5% discount for your next time.

First Time Booking

This is the first time I have used parking 4 cruises as I usually book with ABP or CPS. I was very impressed with them from their website at the initial booking point ,right through to the efficient and friendly service at both drop off and pick up of the cars. I would most definitely use them again and would recommend to others

Great Service

Recently booked this company for our cruise and would definitely use again. Regular text messages to advise on what to do and when. Details of where to drop and collect car where fine. The only slight thing is that the flag you aim for could of been a bit bigger/brighter. On dropping the car we headed to the short stay car park as directed and met a guy who checked over car and took photos. He drove the car to their parking area. On Collection we arrived at a different terminal and directions were provided. We collected our car without any issues. The car was a bit dusty and a few dust marks inside but that’s as to be expected really. I would definitely recommend using this service the guys were very friendly and professional and our experience was hassle free!

Excellent service

We used Parking4cruises for our recent Baltic cruise from Southampton. I was a little bit apprehensive, although the reviews were pretty good. Well, I needn’t have worried. The whole experience was brilliant. So easy and efficient and 2/3rds of the price of the other on site parking. We will definitely use them again.

Easy Parking

I am a repeat customer with Parking4cruises. I have always been satisfied with the service, particularly when leaving from one terminal and arriving back at another, my car has always been immediately available. I do think using the title ‘Meet and Greet’ is stretching the expectation a little far as there is just a person sitting in a car waiting for you to come to him - courteous as he is when you arrive. I am a Blue Badge holder and I wonder what would have happened if I had delivered my own car and needed transport to the terminal from the car park and likewise if I had returned alone how my car would have been returned to me as there was only one person dealing with the returning customers. I did have a companion who dropped me off first and collected the car on return. This is a very reasonably priced service, efficient and polite staff and I would certainly recommend it.

We have just used Parking4Cruises at Southampton for the tenth time. They have been excellent every time. The staff are always polite and friendly and the car is waiting at the terminal when you get back - even if it is a different terminal to the one where you boarded the ship. I 100% recommend them we would never use anyone else.
