Great Service

We have used parking4cruises numerous times and as usual they were great. We will use them again for our next cruise and would recommend them to anyone looking for parking in Southampton.

Wonderful customer service

Big mention for Lucy,she has been so helpful in transferring my bookings 3 times due to cancelled cruises.We have just returned from a cruise on the fabulous ship IONA ,Parking 4 Cruises is the easiest ,safest and most reasonable way to park your car in Southampton.Will always book them for all future cruises.

One to rely on

My fifth time of booking Parking 4 Cruises and once again great service with no fuss or trauma a godsend nowadays I pay a bit extra so the car is washed for when you pick it up well worth it, the drop off and pickup could not be easier, already booked my parking for the next cruise.

Excellent for Southampton parking.

Not only is the parking cheaper than P&O official site it is generally more convenient. This is because it is nearer to walk (estimated 250 yards) to the short term car park than some parts of P&O compound and less people are 'in the way' particularly on the return.
The staff both at reception and the park are very friendly and helpful and the arrangements could not be more quick, simple and easy to follow. Most times there is no wait, apart from recording condition of the car taking about 3 minutes.
The car on my last trip had been stored under cover and the mileage to take it away was minimal. Always the car is returned on time and in the same condition as when left. (Many years ago I left my car in another park to return and find hail stones had caused dent damage!)
I have used parking 4 cruises now more than 10 times and can thoroughly recommend them.

Have been using your parking service for many years now, and always been delighted to see you when we arrive for embarking and disembarking at Southampton. Never had an problems at all, always know you will be waiting for us. Excellent service.

Brilliant as Usual

Excellent service from booking to final pick up. Have always used when sailing from Southampton wouldn’t consider using any other company. Staff are always very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Parking very close to the terminal makes the holiday stress free from start to finish.

Drove down to s'ton a couple of weeks ago but was denied boarding, our car had already been put secure but phoned Mark and told him the problem, he immediately bought the car back to us, then phoned to make sure it was all ok.. The next day I phoned Lucy at the office and she rearranged my parking for my christmas cruise with no hassle, Will certainly use them again and have recommended to loads of people x

Thorough and fast

As a first-time user I was very impressed with the efficiency, helpfulness and friendliness of the people at parking4cruises. The process was unhurried and simple - no waiting around for shuttle services, and provided a seamless and natural transition from car to ship and back again. I will definitely use the service again and recommend it to others.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE

We have used the services of Parking4cruises many times in the past 7 years and they are ALWAYS on the ball. Unlike some parking companies, they do not take your car MILES away to be parked. It has never been more than 4 miles in total.
We are in our mid seventy's and one of us is disabled, they help us to load the car, the staff are always there to help. We would NEVER consider using another company

Used this company for years and they have never let me down. Even when cruises were being cancelled left right and centre due to Covid they quite happily transferred my money to the next cruise in line. Try them as you won't be disappointed.
