Excellent as always

Once again we received excellent services from P4C.

Politely friendly staff waiting for us either end of our cruise. Hassle free parking and they even gave the car a wash on our return. Highly recommended.

Sat 5 March, due to illness of a passenger on previous cruise, the ship was held up by 5 hrs. Chaos reined. We were asked to add 5 hrs to our original timed slot and turn up as requested.1700hrs. port was at a standstill. Very slowly we got up to the main gate to find not two lanes of traffic but 4. Then our hero appeared, as I had my Parking4cruise permit displayed he stopped a car to our left and waved us through to the taxi lane. Straight through after that. This is not the first time this has happened and thanks to all your staff who were as helpful, friendly and polite They had been there longer than us to see the previous delayed passengers get their cars. We learned later that some passengers with other parking companies were not on until 2300hrs. Thanks to all staff for giving up their Saturday night to help us.

Excellent Service - Once Again

We used P4C for a recent 14 Night cruise onboard P&O's Iona. Despite a delayed embarkation at the start of the cruise resulting in a VERY full short stay carpark at the Ocean Terminal, parking4cruises staff remained courteous and professional at all times. Experience on our return to Southampton was excellent too, with the car waiting for us as we left the ship.
Excellent and timely communications, friendly greetings and GREAT value for money mean that we will continue to use parking4cruises in the future AND recommend them to family and friends.

Easy as falling off a log, text when 30 away, drop off luggage go to short stay carpark, pleasant reception. Pick up when return, easy paesy! Have used a few times before and will use again, great service!

Have used Parking4cruises many times and have always had excellent service. Attendants are always friendly and efficient. Car is always ready for collection. Drop off is easy. Only a short walk from the terminal (200 meters at most).

I have used P4 cruises many times prior to covid its good you are back , but i had a hard job locating your rep and parking area no signage at all which you could;nt see due mainly to the
weather. Please advertise your whereabouts in future
