Easy cruise parking

I’ve used parking4 cruises several times now , have always found them helpful and very reasonable. They check and take photos and mileage of your car before you leave. Very short distance from the cruise ship as well.
Always have the car back waiting for you when you return.

Once again we received excellent service from the team at Southampton. Staff dealt with us immediately and efficiently upon our arrival and our car was ready at 7:45am on our return which was really helpful. We will continue to use your service for all of our future cruises. Thank you.

Cruise parking

Well organised and easy instructions to follow both prior to and on arrival at the port on departure day.
Just as good on return from our cruise.

Does exactly what it says on the tin

This wasn't the first time I've used Parking4Cruises, and I don't expect it to be the last. They were waiting for me when I dropped the car off and again when I collected it (from a different terminal). Service was friendly and pleasant, and easy walking distance from the terminal building. They did exactly what I needed them to do, and at a price which was around 65% of the quotes I got from the other main operators.

We found the service provided by parking4cruises very good. The whole process was handled in a friendly, efficient way. The staff were extremely helpful and we felt confident that our vehicle was safe and secure in their care. They were also very proactive in contacting us to get up to date timings from us, as we were delayed on our way to the terminal in Southampton and also had a delayed disembarkation from our ship at the end of the cruise.

I have used Parking 4Cruises several times and received a first rate service every time.
Staff very friendly and check the car in detail before taking the keys and let me know before disembarking that the car was ready and waiting.

Excellent Service Again

This is probably the 5th time I have used Parking4cruises at Southampton . This time was a cruise for Ocean Terminal.

The service is straightforward.

Departure:
On arrival you take your car to the short term car park where you will be met by friendly staff who will take numerous photos of your car, take the mileage and give you a car with details ready from your return.

You then enjoy your cruise.

On returning from your cruise, Parking4cruises send you a text to confirm your car is ready. you then head to the short term car park top collect your car.

On this cruise we disembarked at approx. 7am and where in the car heading for home by 7:15 am

Excellent service

I was very impressed with this company. I was a bit concerned about leaving my car keys as you hear some horror stories but this company was excellent. They took numerous photos of our car and asked us to check the mileage, which they recorded before handing over our keys.
Coming home from our cruise holiday we had a text saying our car was waiting for us. It had exactly 6 extra miles on the speedometer which was the distance of 3 miles each way which was what they quoted on their website. The staff at the carpark were very professional and helpful and we had all the information and instructions that we needed before and after our cruise. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Used Parking4Cruises before everything went to plan as expected friendly welcome and when we got back from cruise text to say car was ready for pickup. We have already booked for cruise in August thanks.

When I was unable to book parking with the recommended company that Princess Cruise use was recommended to use your company. All arrangements for drop off and pick up worked very well - friendly staff and an extra bonus of being £50 cheaper than the recommmended one.

Also as our ship left from one berth but return to another the car was waiting at the correct location and we were on our way home in no time.

Recently use parking4cruises, very good service, booked on line at a very reasonable rate for 14 day cruise, received text and call before we arrived at Southampton, drive car to short stay car park just a few minutes walk to and from ship. Car ready and waiting when we returned from cruise, drive away👌 Very easy service and would use again as we cruise often 👍🏻

Everything worked exactly as it should - text message on day of arrival at the quay, quick but thorough inspection (with photos) before handover, car ready well before disembarkation and quick hand back process
