We parked with Parking4Cruises at Southampton for a recent 14 Night cruise onboard MSC Virtuosa.
Timely communications ahead of arrival and a warm and professional greeting at the Horizon Terminal on the day of embarkation.
The car was ready on our return and we were soon on our way home.
Once again, an unreserved recommendation from us for Parking 4Cruises and we have already booked to use them for future cruises.

For our last cruise which was on P&O Arvia we used Parking4cruises to park our car, the booking online was quick and easy.
On the day we left the process was quick and efficient. As usual the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The process on return was just as good and efficient.

First Experience Of Parking4Cruises

Sept 22nd Was not allowed to unload cases at the Ocean Terminal Frontage, directed away no ifs or buts, no conspicuous flag flying to say where, then courtesy of the "opposition," I found where to go. After that no issues just a little walk with the trollies. October 11th I had to assume it would be at the same spot.....the ground level flag is in dire need of replacement, it was unrecognisable btw !
Yes I'll use again with some stress no doubt at the Mayflower Terminal next, will I be able to unload my cases or be told to go away ?
Where is a conspicuous flag or sign to tell you where to go ?
At the price it's worth the stress of this.

Great Service

Having previously used another well known parking provider, I was a little dubious about changing. Being directed to the correct lane to drop off our luggage, it was no hardship to drive the very short distance to the short stay car park where friendly staff quickly did the necessary admin and photos, and a 2 minute walk saw us at the terminal. The collection procedure was even easier. Yes, you have a slightly longer walk with your luggage trolley, but having found our car on the way to check in, a friendly guy saw us and came over to meet us with the key, and we were loaded, signed out and away within 5 minutes.
Would I use parking4cruises again? Absolutely!

Excellent service by the team. My latest 8nt cruise was a bit of a nightmare due to the weather with us missing the last 2 ports of the cruise and the ship returning to Southampton a day early. With no internet I was unable to contact the company but the company (Mark) contacted me and I was able to collect my car a day earlier. Thank you

First class service

Parking4cruises offer a first class service as an alternative to the parking provided when booking through the cruise company. The process was very easy, when I turned up on the day of departure they were waiting for me in the short stay car park as promised, the same when we returned from a two week cruise. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for parking in Southampton. They are also slightly cheaper than the cruise line company parking which means more onboard spending money , happy days .
