Good value & great service

Very easy to book, great value and previous great reviews were reassuring. Communication was excellent, our car was dropped off at Mayflower terminal and delivered back to Ocean terminal with no fuss. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely use parking4cruises again.

Super easy

Was worried as we usually use CPS but they had no availability.
Couldn't be easier using this company they text you in the morning and you reply to that text when you are 30 minutes away. When you get to the port you drop your bags onto the conveyer belts at the taxi/drop off lane then to your right is the short stay carpark.
Once in the short stay carpark look out for the purple parking4cruises flag as there are other companies operating in there with their own flags. They happened to be located at the end of the carpark.
Very friendly staff who check over the car, take pictures, note mileage and talk through the process. You hand over your keys and off you walk to the terminal which is a minutes walk away.

Once back from cruise had text message at 7.30 in the morning saying the car was ready to be picked up from the same carpark.

The whole process was quicker than when we went with CPS on Iona where we were stuck in their queue for ages.

They were cheaper than CPS and offer a 5% discount on a future booking with them that has no end date....no brainer will be using them from now on

Excellent service

First time we have used this company. Straightforward information in emails beforehand and texts on the day on arriving and collecting. Photo and mileage of car taken on arrival and we were asked to check the car on collection. Friendly and efficient staff, a quick process each time. Would be very happy to use them again and to recommend them.

Very reliable

Excellent service,smooth drop off and pick up at the short term car park.Only blot on their copy book was mud marks on the cills and door from drivers feet but none on the tyres which make me wonder where the mud came from.

I prefer this to CPS as you beat the queues. The guys are there to welcome you at both end and start. Considerable saving on other companies too.

We used this company for the first time recently and we found it to be extremely efficient and the staff were very helpful, both at the beginning and the end of our cruise. It was substantially less expensive than the parking company we have dealt with in the past. We will certainly use this company again and recommend it to other cruisers using Southampton Docks.

No Brainer

Just don't understand why people use other companies to look after their cars, when the parking 4 cruises service is amazing, punctual, polite, friendly and totally capable

Brilliant service

Car drop off was simple, right near the ship. Car was photographed and mileage recorded. Ship returned to a different berth a long way from the departure berth, but the car was waiting for us right nearby just as promised. Honestly couldn’t fault the service, and good value for the price compared to other car parking options.

I CANNOT STRESS HOW PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL THIS COMPANY IS.
Leave your car with the representative in the short term car park across the road from the ship, it will be returned to the correct dock short term car park for your arrival home (even if the ship docks into a different location from the dock on embarkation).

Parking Southampton Terminal

Great Service, great value, always use them for my many cruises when sailing from Southampton

This is the first time we have used Parking 4 cruises and the service on both arrival and departure at Southampton was excellent.
However, when I originally booked I provided a landline telephone number. This meant I was unable to receive the reassuring text message on the morning of arrival. It made no difference to the parking, just my peace of mind when travelling. It would have been helpful if after I booked I had been told I needed to give a mobile number.

I would like to thank you for the top service with yourselves looking after my car whilst I was on
Anthem of the seas from the 4th till the 15th October 2023. The only complaint I would have that a few of my controls, radio etc had been altered, but other than that all great.

Excellent service

I used this meet and greet service for the first time as the main port car park was full. I dropped off my wife, who is disabled, and our luggage at the ship. I then drove the short distance to the short stay car park. After driving into the wrong one I was directed to Parking4Cruises. The banner was not that obvious. I was met by a courteous man who photographed my car and got a signature from me. It was then a short walk back to the terminal. The collection was straight forward and a little quicker as I need where I was going. After reading some horror stories of meet and greet I was impressed. I thought the cost was reasonable and would recommend them.

15 day cruise

Does exactly what is says on the tin. First class, easy to use service. Friendly staff who are super helpful. I didn't have any concerns all the time I was away. I will use them again.
