As a regular user of Parkin4cruises the service was excellent as always. The attendant was there waiting for us and the car was waiting our collection before we needed it. A very nice chap extremely helpful even took away our trolleys
Would highly recommend this company it has excellent service and is very handy for the terminal which is just across the road.

The drop off service is thorough. I left my car with complete confidence at Southampton. On pick up the gentleman was ready for us. He gave excellent route out of the docks advice. We have used them before, and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Received texts telling us exactly what to do. Dropped car off at designated place in short term car park. Walked short distance to check in our bags. On our return, car was waiting from 8am. Absolutely no hassle, would certainly recommend and would use again.

VERY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND!
Despite numerous requests to provide reviews and complete many surveys over past years, I've not often felt compelled to do so. However, I have done so on some occasions mainly because of a poor service or when a compliment was well deserved.
On this occasion it's because the service we received was exemplary and well deserving of being complimented. Promised phone texts were received, clear instructions given and a welcome smile greeted us on arrival. Simple and quick handover which meant we were on board our cruise ship having lunch within 35 mins of arrival at the cruise terminal.
It was similar on our return. Text arrived to confirm our car was waiting for our collection. Following a short walk from the cruise terminal we were again warmly greeted, invited to inspect our car, and finally helped with loading our luggage into the back of the car. Within minutes we were off home.
So, in brief, we will be using this same parking service when we next cruise from Southampton and we have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Well done Parking4Cruises.
No hassle service from beginning to end. We dropped our bags at the drop off point drove to the short stay received a great reception from the team and within literally minutes we were booking in for our cruise
On our return everything was so simple. Our car was ready from 0700 on the day of our arrival, bags loaded in double quick time and we were away.

Great Service
Fantastic Service. Checked car in at Southampton Mayflower Terminal. Very friendly man and explained everything again to me. On arrival back recieved text in morning. Went through picked up luggage walked to short stay and car all there ready. Same friendly man returning my car keys to me. Very good efficient service. Will definitely be using again.

Used company over Christmas very easy to find drop off and pickup were super I received a text telling me the car was back in the terminal where I had left it. Will definitely use them again and a very fair price.

Easy to book. Phoned on morning of cruise and confirmed as they said they would. Directed to the car park which was short walk back to the terminal. Notified car was ready for collection on the day of our return. Car ready and waiting for us in the car park. It was all very easy and efficient.
