On-line booking process is clear and quick.
Communication/information pre-cruise is efficient and helpful.
Drop off and pick up location is very convenient and close to the cruise docks and the staff are friendly, professional and reassuring.

Good Value Efficient & Friendly

Found this service by searching for best value. Apart from the Sat nav sending us down a cul de sac because the meet/greet point doesn’t have an accurate postcode, everything was fine - professional, efficient & friendly. Really liked the text comms and that everything worked as promised.

Could be better organised

First time user. so I slavishly followed their printed directions- mistake. Once we finally arrived at the correct terminal , the baggage and car drop off worked very well. HOWEVER, their printed instructions sent us to the wrong dock gate and phoning their help number was met with a recorded message- not a lot of use. I then followed the ports own directions to our cruise ship and there they were. Added 15 mins to the journey and quite a lot of worry. Simple to fix though and I’d like to use them again

My wife and I have been using Parking 4 Cruises since the 1990’s and have never had a problem at anytime. We have just returned from another cruise and once again received first class service. Looking forward to using them again for our next cruise.

Delighted with the service from Parking4Cruises. We can't fault it in any way. Everything went like clockwork. All texts were sent as promised and our car was waiting for us when we disembarked. The car was checked meticulously, no detail was forgotten and the service was friendly. Will recommend and use again!

Excellent service.
We used the cruise parking service for the first time this year.
It was efficient, reliable and super easy.
Unload your luggage, drop of the car ( a 2 minute walk ) to the cruise terminal and relax.
I would recommend this company and the service.

Excellent Service

Drop off is easy, literally just a few minutes walk from the main terminal. This was a real bonus, as the area directly in front of the terminal is heaving, and there is a lengthy queue for the car parks there.
The drivers are professional and friendly, and photos are taken of your vehicle.
We received a text to confirm collection on the morning we arrived back , and they were there waiting for us.
Just about the smoothest pre-holiday parking experience we have ever had and highly recommended.
