GOOD SERVICE

First time we have used this company for our three week cruise on oriana.We have used two other meet and greets at Southampton but parking 4 cruises was by far the best value with the same if not better level of service.

Great Service

Just got home from a cruise from southampton.we arrived to find our car waiting in the short term car park just across the road from the cruise ship.The lady handed us the car keys and took us to the car, a Faultless process.This was the first time we have used Parking 4 Cars and will definately use their services again.

we have used this company for the last few years with no problems,the staff are very friendly and the car is warmed up and ready to go at the requested time,very nice on a cold winter morning.

Fantastic Service 5*****

This was the first time we had cruised from Southampton, so we were concerned about the parking at the docks, having read some of the reviews on other parking companies, but I can honestly say Parking4Cruises were absolutely spot on and would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again

Great Service and Price

Like others, this was the first time we used this company.

On arrival at Ocean Cruise Terminal for the maiden cruise of P&O Britannia, having phoned a dedicated number 30 minutes previous, we unloaded our car of its luggage and then moved our car to the meeting point location advised.

As with other parking set ups, photographs of our car was taken to highlight any existing damage or chips etc, keys handed over and received instructions for collecting car on our return.

All very efficient.

On our return, our car was in the location advised on dropping it off....... Keys returned, luggage put in car and departed out of docks in about of 8 mins of exiting the terminal building.

Will happily use again in the future.

thank you once again for a smooth on & off parking change over. two very helpful and polite girls made it so easy, lewis hamilton's pit crew would be jealous. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. ty

no problems

Second time we used this company and no problems....car collected and delivered as promised.
We did ask for it to be washed as its a new white car which was filthy after the long drive....this was done for us.... but a bit pricey at £20!! We did look for a carwash on the way but they were busy as it was a Saturday....so no choice really as we were away for nearly four weeks and were worried the dirt would discolour the paintwork!
However we would still recommend this company.....just dont ask for a wash!!!!!!!

Have just returned from cruise onboard Oceana, and yet again have received excellant parking service, not only on arrival for cruise but also on return. Full marks to such a dedicated team.

Above and beyond the call of duty

We went on a cruise in April (apologies) for the delay. The service we received from the staff was exemplary, an example of customer service other businesses should follow. I highly recommend their services and am pleased to shout their praises whenever I can. Thank you for all your help, already booked to use them again.

Excellent Service - First Time Users

Like many people I was nervous at finding somewhere to park our car up whilst away. Got on the www. and found this company, price was great and a lot cheaper than some others that we have used. Can't speak highly enough of them, pre departure service was good. On arrival at Southampton instructions were clear and accurate. Found the "Blue Flag", very pleasant lady met me by name! car was photographed and mileage recorded. Short walk back across the car park to the terminal and away we went on our cruise. On return we popped the bags on a trolley, walked out of the terminal across the car park again to the "Blue Flag", there was our car as we left it with only an additional few miles (under 10)on the clock, the chap was helpful and the whole service was great. Highly recommended.

Excellent!

Have used APH many times at various airports but not at the Cruise Terminal in Southampton. Excellent service, good clear instructions, not actual Meet & Greet, but only 20/30 yards to walk to park and collect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use again

Excellent Company

We travelle to Southampton on 10th November 2014 to board Oriana. We had been recommended to this company as efficient and competitive. e advised the personel 1/2 hour before we arrived and were met by two young ladies who were efficient friendly and a pleasure to hand our cars to. They photographed the vehicles and noted any sligfht marks. On returning today we found our car easily, gthe man with the keys worked hard to get evrone away quickly and was very helpful. We thoroughly reccommend this company and will most certainly use them again. They really are very good and very competitive.

Can't remember how many times I have used this business but yet again after my cruise on Aurora I feel I must write to say how pleased I was with their service. Drop off & pick up were just fine & the price is much cheaper than CPS>

First class

First time we had used them and we were a bit apprehensive. Need not have worried. Handover at Southampton was very smooth. When we arrived back very friendly staff were waiting for us and escorted us to our car. We had always used CPS before but for a 25 day cruise they wanted £252 while Parking4cruises were £128. It was a no brainer especially with the service we received.

What. A Great Find

Just returned from our cruise on Aventure of the Seas.I am happy to say the meet and greet service exceeded my expectations and at a great price.Meet and Greet service was quick efficient and friendly and only a few metres from checkin.Would definitely use this company again.
