First time with Parking4Cruises

Used Parking4cruises after reading favourable reviews. Service provided on 12 & 22 Dec 2016 when on cruise from S'hampton met our expectations. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Car dropped off and picked up within walking distance of ship. Would certainly use again.

Always Good

Use P4C rather than CPS for convenience.

Drop your cases off at the terminal before you go to the short stay car park - you get directed straight in and do not have to wait in the CPS queues. Two minute walk from car park back to terminal. Also on leaving Southampton much quicker than CPS.

Staff always helpful and valeting service v good.

CPS a bit cheaper though now

Southampton Docks Parking

drove to ship dropped luggage off then over road to drop the car of at the car park where the friendly staff were waiting as easy as that coming back walk over to the car park to pick up the car waiting for us no hassle or problems got off ship at 7.30 and car ready for us to go will use again this was our second time with them

Christmas Cruise from Southampton

Reception and Return, could only have been improved if they had dropped me off and collected me from the Ship's gangway. Car fully checked at reception and retured in same condition, plus a few miles.

We've used P4C many times - they are always the busy ones, not hard to see why. Staff always helpful, car always there!

Astonishing service.

Whilst docked at Malaga, I was taken ill. My illness brought about probably the longest 'layover' visit' I will ever experience. My wife & I spent the next 25 days there, including Xmas & New Year.
Cunard & Parking4Cruises eased our anxiety regarding our car & luggage to zero. Q Vic returned to Southampton a week later. It was met by P4C rep who loaded our luggage into our car & returned all to their car Park!
On our return to the UK, our son was met at Southampton station by Mark with said car/luggage.
We cannot praise Mark & P4C enough.

Fantastic service.

We parked with Parking4Cruises on the 6th Dec.and sailed with P&O.On the 10th DEC I was taken off ship in Copenhagen after heart attack and spent next 4 weeks in hospital. My wife asked our son to contact Parking4Cruises to explain the situation. He spoke with Mark who arranged for our car and luggage to be put into secure storage. Unable to collect car from Southampton he arranged for it to be delivered to my home for a very reasonable charge. We have had fantastic service and my special thanks go to Mark for all that he did for us.5 Star Service, well done.

17-25 September 2016 - Ocean Terminal

Like several others who have left reviews, my husband and I have used Parking4Cruises a number of times now. Normally my husband does the checking in process, but he had a bad back the day we arrived at Ocean Terminal (17 September), so I did it this time. My husband told me exactly what to do and what to expect......it happened exactly. The process took minutes including them taking photos of the cars exterior prior to hand over of keys.

On arrival back at Southampton's Ocean Terminal, once we had found our bags and left the terminal building it took us precisely 5 minutes to get keys, load bags and be depart car park.........Great Service, yet again!

Parking4Cruises is an excellent choice. Extremely helpful staff, plus very easy to find after being directed to Dock 4 by Security Staff at Dock 10. If you come to the car park, look for the Transit Van with a flag.
