easy parking

dropped off bags, spun round to short stay car park. Parking4cruises staff, took photo's of car signed necessary docs ,took a few minutes, very efficient, was the same when we returned. would use again ,and recommend them.

I have used Parking4Cruises twice now and would not hesitate to return. The service is reliable with car drop off and collection very straight forward and efficient. The price was much better than their competitors. Great service, many thanks, another satisfied customer.

Quality Service

Very efficient service with friendly staff. Quick hand over on departure and return. Not much different from parking on the quayside (CPS) except for price....Parking4Cruises so much cheaper! Will definately use them again.

Superb Service

This will be short. Basically everything went exactly as planned/described. Fast, Efficient, Courteous, reliable. Only fault was that they did not provide a free pizza upon collection of car.

Have used Parking4cruises several times and have been pleased with the service every time. It is by far the least expensive option compared with some that we have used in the past. The car has always been waiting for us even though we have always opted for early diembarkation.

5Star Service Yet Again

Have used 'P4C' a number of times now and are so pleased we swapped over from the company that the cruise company use. Don't get us wrong, nothing wrong with the company they use, but the service and price we get from P4C's is far better and in our opinion quicker, espelcially when collecting your car. One of the plus points that perhaps people don't appreciate, is the fact, when using the company the cruise company uses, you cannot unload and check your car in until they are ready (you are typically held in waiting lines until then), whereas with P4C they are already at the specified location for people collecting cars from the previous cruise.

Why not give these people a try (and have onboard spend instead, as a choice from the cruise company) as we did, if you don't like them, you don't have to use them again; or if like us, you will wish you had not used them sooner!

no stress parking

we were very happy with the service of paking4cruises. it all went without a hitch. I misunderstood the bit about telephoning 30 minutes before arriving to drop the car off and thought I needed to speak to someone, but once I realised it was an automated system (which works great by the way) then it was easy and very close to the terminal building. we will certainly use you again. thank you

Customer Survey

2nd time used Parking4Cruises. Process same as the 1st time although different Terminal. Arrived and dropped off bags. Over to Short Stay Car Park (100 yards) where staff were waiting. Car checked, photo of condition, mileage etc.. keys handed over, all done. Minutes. On return, collected luggage, over to Short Stay Park, staff waiting, quick handover and on our way within minutes of disembarking. Excellent service. Will be using again.

Cruise Parking

This is the first time I've used parking at Southampton and I would definitely use this again. I dropped off the luggage at the back of the terminal and then drove to the short stay car park, where someone from parking4less was waiting. He checked the mileage and checked for dents and scrapes then the car was left with him. Collecting the car was easy we put our luggage on a trolley and left it outside the exit from the ship. I went over to the short stay car park collected the car and drove back to collect the luggage. The cost of parking was much less than that of the official port park and we were driving out of the port quite soon after disembarking from the ship. I would certainly recommend this means of parking.

This firm was recommended by my brother in law and I must say I was very impressed with their professionalism and more so their competitive price!! At both arriving and leaving the Mayflower Terminal in Southampton everything went like clockwork will defo use them again and also recommend to my friends and family.

Terrific Service

We have used Parking4Cruises for a number of years now. The service is always brilliant. Lucy and Mark who handled our last booking could not have been more attentive. The guys who meet us at the short stay carpark for drop off and pick up are equally superb. We wouldn't use any other service at Southampton.

Awesome Service

Great company Great service. Phoned as requested 30 mins before arrival at docks. Checked my car in very quickly was on the ship within 15 mins of parking the car. On return to Southampton was as in car park already for me to go home. Great service.
