Fantastic service

Fantastic service from start to finish. This is our second time using Parking4cruises and will not be the last.

Excellent Service

We have just used Parking4Cruises at Southampton for the tenth time. They have been excellent every time. The staff are always polite and friendly and the car is waiting at the terminal when you get back - even if it is a different terminal to the one where you boarded the ship. I 100% recommend them we would never use anyone else.

This is the third time we have used parking4cruises and again the service was great, giving peace of mind that the car is safe and secure and allowing us to relax and enjoy our trip.

On return from our holiday our car was ready at the designated car park for us to collect. It took us just a couple of minutes to sort out the paperwork and we were on our way home.

We always use Parking4cruises and have never had an issue, it's a competitive price and personnel are always courteous and helpful, I would recommend highly.

What a great service

We have never sailed from home shores before, so this was a first for us. Parking4Cruises was just so easy. We checked up on serval companies beforehand, the reviews and price for Parking4Cruises made it the one to choose, and we were not disappointed. We booked online, paid online. the instructions to follow were perfect and everything went like clockwork.
On arrival at Southampton we went to the car park on the instructions, were met by an extremely courteous man, who signed our car in, inspected it together and that was it.
On our return, we had a text to say our car had arrived, we were at a different terminal to what we had originally thought, but they had that covered. Within 30 minutes of getting off the ship we were driving away. Great service, will definitely use again and will recommend to our friends.

Easy, convenient, good price, good service

We've used Parking4Cruises on numerous occasions over the last 5 or more years. They're great. It's all just so easy. No stress. Book and pay online. Follow their directions to proceed to the terminal short stay parking area and meet the representatives. Your car is thoroughly checked, photos taken etc. Arrangements confirmed re pickup. Then when you disembark, just go to the short term car park - look for the colourful purple flags - and the team and your car are waiting for you.

Been using P4C a number of years and would recommend them to every body !!

No problems.

Used this company many times, always OK, however this time 12 July 18, only one lady checking in cars at Ocean Term, a bit of a wait. Got off ship early(7.30) on 24 July, thought might have to wait, but car was waiting, away by 8pm, good.

Very efficient

Our experience was just what we were looking for - get rid of the car and get onboard. On return our car was waiting for us and we were on our way home within a few minutes. The members of your staff that we met were all extremely pleasant and helpful. We will certainly use your service when we next cruise from Southampton.

The sevice was very good. On our return the car
Was ready and waiting for us and we departed on our way home.
