Had absolutely no issues with the service, communication was spot on and the guys polite and helpful. Considerably cheaper than CPS and would definitely use again and recommend.

I will definitely be using p4c again.
The whole process of leaving my car and picking it up was simplicity it's self.
Shaun, who I handed my car to was excellent, everything was done professionally and with a smile. Apparently the battery went flat but p4c managed to slave start and charge my battery before I picked up my car at the end of my cruise.
So I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their services..

They did exactly what they said they would, it was as easy as they said it would be, the ‘greeters’ were friendly chatty and efficient.. my car was exactly ( less than 10 miles added to the block as they stipulated) overall very pleased with great service … thankyou

2 weeks parking

Easy to arrange, drop off was easy and car was exactly where I was told it would be on the morning of my return. No damage or excess mileage on car. Would 100% use and recommend again

First time I’ve used parking4cruises, excellent service from the message on the day of travelling to Southampton to the arrival back at port, friendly and helpful. Will certainly book with this company next time.

The whole process was very good. Contacted by text on the arrival day which was very reassuring. Meet and greet was flawless. Similarly, on return, all very efficient. Much better value than the main rival service. Highly recommended.

Update

A couple of days ago I wrote a review saying that their Customer service wasn’t the best. I had no issue with the parking as again it was straight forward and collect also. Customer service have now been in touch and have refunded the amount needed. I o think however that if the car washing service is no longer available mention of it should be removed from the website

Very easy

Always concerned the cruise ship will return to another berth at Southampton but not with this company.
Storage of site wasn’t far away, so off the ship straight to the car and away before the traffic builds up.
The staff were great and informative, so would gladly use them again.

Perfect!

No problems at all. When I arrived at the Short Stay car park at the terminal, I was welcomed by Parking4Cruises and within a few minutes I was on my to check-in. The driver checked my car for scratches and mileage, took photos and - once I'd signed - took my keys and gave me a card to show on my return. Easy!

On the morning of my return (at 07.15!), I received a text to say my car was waiting for me in the Short Stay - and that was it. I put the cases in the boot and drove off. I'll definitely be using Parking4Cruises again.

Brilliant as always

I have used PFC several times and the levels of service have always been first class Easy to drop bags off at terminal and drive across the road to handover. Same on return, walk over , get the car and then drive over to get bags. Excellent communication and again coped seamlessly with coming back to a different terminal than the one we left from. It cannot be bettered

Competitively priced, great communication, and straight forward throughout. Car dropped off at Short Stay car park, just 100yards from port terminal. Mileage noted and Photos taken. Car stored within a short (<3miles) distance whilst away. Car ready and waiting at 0730 on our return. Great service A+++

excellent service

Parking4Cruises take the stress out of cruise parking. All we had to do was tell them which cruise we were on. They told us where to leave the car (right next to the cruise terminal) and were waiting for us when we arrived back. So easy. We'd certainly use them again.
