Excellent service from receiving the first text on the morning of arrival in Southampton on 15th December to picking the car up again on our arrival back in the UK on 10th January...would definitely recommend

once again,we cannot fault the friendliness and excellent service we received from all the staff,from booking with Lucy to picking the car up again at Southampton docks.We will always use Parking 4 cruises when sailing from Southampton.

Have used P4C three times now without any problem
Used the Princess terminal previously and Cunard this time which was a slightly longer walk back to the car park but I am sure the walk did me good after all the food on the cruise

Easy and professional

First time users of the service and I could not be happier with all aspects of parking4cruises service.
We arrived at the advised terminal and a company representative was waiting for us and after taking photographs of the car we walked across the road to the ship, on our return the company text me to advise the car would be waiting for us in the same place we dropped it off, again we walked to the car park loaded our luggage and were on our way.
A very efficient and professional company, we will definitely be using them again for all sailings from Southampton.

Excellent service

We've tried this company for the first time and got excellent service.No hassle,dropped off the car the agent videod the car and took the mileage.we walked from the short stay car park to the cruise Terminal around 500 yards.
The return journey was just has hassle free . I walk across to the short stay car park meet the agent who gave me my keys drove out the car park into the cruise terminal loaded the luggage and was heading home within 20 minutes.no hassle perfect.i have an app on the phone which tells me were my car is parked and it was parked no more than 3 miles away and stayed there all the 16 days.

Great service

We arrived at the dock car park which was well signed and a P4C driver was waiting there.
He was very polite and checked my car over within about 5 minutes and then we walked the 2 minutes walk to the ship.
On returning we just walked back to the car park and a P4C driver was waiting.🤪
What more could you want? and it’s cheaper than Fred.Olsen parking.
I will definitely use them again xxxx

Good as ever

We were sailing in/out of QE(2) Terminal, not the best, due to works at Ocean for even bigger ships! Bit longer walk to/from terminal to car, but not Parking4cruises fault.

Got off the ship at 9.10am and we were motoring out of Southampton by 9.30am.

But service as good as ever.

Will be re-booking for three more cruises this year.

Cheaper than my normal parking user and just as easy.
Staff excellent friendly and helpful.
The meeting point was a little further from the ship than l hoped but really no problem.
Would recommend to anyone cruising from Southampton.
