We have used your company several times and definitely think you are not only the best priced you are the most reliable. Drop off and Pick up were as simple and smooth as could be and we will definitely be using you on our next cruise out of Southampton

Apart from the text system not working when we approached Southampton everything was perfect, quick response when arriving and pick up was seamless.

Excellent efficient and very friendly staff, easy to use.

Excellent, efficient, friendly service

Used this company many times and cannot fault them. Friendly greeting on arrival and procedure explained clearly. Photos are taken of car and you are informed where car will be parked. A message is sent on your return to say your car is waiting in car park which is a 5 minute or so walk away. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thznkyou to all at parking4cruises, your staff are a credit to you.

Great service, couldn't be easier, 2 min walk to cruise terminal, very friendly and helpful staff, great way to start your cruise.

Car wash

The system and service worked extremely well. Could not have been happier. All I could suggest is that the car was dirty not your problem however if you had a car wash service prior to pick up I think you would find a lot of people would use it. You may make a quid out of it as well.
The first thing I did was go to a car wash.

Fantastic Service provided, met the gentleman at the car park requested. Car was photographed then straight onto Independence. On return received a text prior to docking at 05:30, car available as soon as left terminal then straight on road home. I would recommend this company and price was great.

Recent cruise parking

Have used parking4cruises a few times in the past. Excellent service. Communication 5* from the booking to the day clear instructions given and replies to messages immediately
When we arrived they were there in the short stay carpark opposite the terminal as advised. On the day of disembarking I text them to say we they were self disembarking and again there waiting as promised at 6.15 am. Staff pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t ask it to be any easier
