Faultless.

Used parking4cruises for the first time this October. In a word, faultless.
In several words, smooth transaction, professional and polite staff, cruise returned earlier than I had anticipated but this was no problem.. simply sent a text and my car was waiting. My only mistake was not having any English money to tip the staff!
Will definitely use again, would highly recommend to all and next time I will have some British currency to tip the staff.

Very Good

Good value, well pleased with the experience, though was sent to the wrong Terminal originally. Apparently, it was changed at short notice! Would recommend and will definitely book again.

Recent Car Parking

We have used Parking4Cruises 6 times now.We have always found their staff very good and helpful,nothing is any trouble for them.They all welcome you with a smile and explain to you regarding your parking.They also take photos of your car before you hand over your car keys.We always book self disembarkation and get off the ship as soon as customs have given clearance.Last week we were getting of the ship at 7am and as always our car was there waiting to be collected.They also send you a text on the day you board the cruise and on your return you receive another text explaining that your car is ready to be picked up.We have always received first class service from them,and we will use them again in the near future.We can certainly recommend Parking4Cruises for your next cruise and finally they are a lot cheaper than other cruise parking.Thank you for the great service we received once again.Jeff Rumbelow.

Nearly 5 star.

Pretty good service would have given 5 star but wasn’t clear where to go when dropping off and had to ask several people where you were when picking up. Will use again now I know the system.

We ALWAYS use Parking4Cruises, because they provide 1st class service every time.
Unlike some companies who take your car and park it anywhere miles away, this company has never parked my car more than a couple of miles away from the drop off car park

My first time using parking4, could not fault, a complete relief after the cruise from hell to be able to drive ourselves home instead of having to go by coach with people I’d rather not see again this side of the next ice age!!
Brilliant P4

Smooth operation

We have used P4C several times and will continue to do so as they are - Near to the terminal, always on time and undercut the official parking. The official parking can sometimes get very busy and cause delays whereas P4C is always quick. Nice people too.

Fast service

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this service but I have to say it was a very smooth easy transaction!
Messaged to say half an hour away and was guided to the area to drop off then drove car to the collection zone, photos of car taken, keys handed over, signed form then off to our cruise.
On our return we debarked early at 6:50am and our car was there all ready to go. Brilliant service.

Outstanding, once again.

Recently used Parking4Cruises for the fifth time and the service is faultless Our car came back with an additional 5 miles on the clock, so clearly NOT raced around the country like you read about the airport parking companies.
In addition the staff are very professional, polite and courteous.
Will use Parking4Cruises again, and again.

Best parking

Whilst this was the best meet and greet ever in 50 years of airports/ports and anyone travelling from Southampton should use it; we won't be because at our great age we need to avoid spending 2 cold days cruising the Bay of Biscay before we get to some sun. Hence we will fly and regret the awfulness of most airports.

We always use Parking4Cruises when sailing from Southampton and have recommended them to friends. We returned on 18th October 2019, the service was excellent as usual.

24 night cruise

Great service, both dropping off and picking up. The only grumble is I booked a wash down prior to pick up and this wasn't done. That's the second time this has happened , the first being last November. This was after I'd mentioned it to the drop off person and it was noted when booking the car in.

Efficient service

Was really easy to book. We did two cruises back to back and that was no problem for them. Great service from beginning to end with texts to tell you the car is ready and straight forward booking in process.
