Excellent

We’ve used Parking4cruises twice now both for longer Cruises, around 100 days.
Great service both times.
Even when this years World Tour on the Queen Mary 2 got cancelled while in Australia, so we had to return home, unexpectedly early, their Staff were very good and helpful.
We shall use them again - can’t say more than that!

Quick and efficient

I have not used parking4cruises before but I would highly recommend them they had to open up out of hours due to the Corona virus Thank you 😊

Simple but effective

Never used Parking4cruises before, but certainly will again. Booking process is very simple via the web and at a good price. On arrival the process was efficient, we had lots to unload, but never felt rushed and the same on our return. Very pleasant guys and very helpful too.

Great service

We left the car on January 3rd and came home on April 12th to a new world. We were concerned about picking up the car but the service was as normal. We had an e mail a few days before confirming the pick up point and a text at 0800 on the day confirming the car was ready for collection
The delivery drivers were polite and friendly as is the usual case and despite the issues with Covid 19 they made sure we were happy with the car before we left.

Truly perfect service in really difficult times.

Excellent service

We were concerned about picking up our car as we came back a day early due to the Coronavirus. No need, communication is always excellent and the drivers professional and courteous. They waited until we had set off before leaving the car park themselves, to make sure everything was ok. Reliable, reasonably priced and always excellent.

What a welcome sight!

We left our car with parking4cruises for 11 weeks. When we returned the world had been turned upside down by the Covid-19 virus and we were naturally anxious about getting home. But we were contacted by text and there was the car waiting to take us home and a cheery, friendly face handing over the keys (at arm's length). No drama, just calm, reliable service. The relief!

This is the best car parking service to be had, very efficient even when we returned early due to the coronavirus outbreak, we requested them to fill our car up to enable us to return home without stopping which they did without any quibble, many thanks and will use you again when cruising starts up again.

Good service

Everything went really smoothly with drop off and pick up, which was early due to coronavirus, but all was well. Easy to find them in the car park, friendly staff both face to face and on the phone. Have booked to cruise again next year and will be using this company again.

Muddy

Good service, but car was clearly driven over muddy terrain with thick mud on tyres and inside wheel arches.

Excellent even in a difficult situation

Despite an alteration to our disembarkation date, a quick email to ask for the car earlier than expected, and the car was at the docks as requested. Will definitely use again. So far we have used them 11 times with no problems

Fantastic as usual

We have used Parking4Cruises for some years now and they cannot be faulted. Great service, great price and very polite and welcoming staff. Several photographs are taken of your vehicle and you are kept updated about drop off and pick up by text. Very efficient, we will definitely use them again.
