Brilliant Service

What a great service!! We prebook a few months in advance of our cruise from Southampton.

I received all the info I needed and it was a super easy and uncomplicated process from start to finish.

I received reminders, confirmations and any support I needed.

The staff who took my car were friendly and professional, I had no concerns of the safety of my car. Fast efficient service when embarking and only a few minutes walk from dropping off the car to the cruise terminal, it was so close and so convenient.

The exact same in reverse when we disembarked the ship, again, fast and efficient! I will absolutely be using Parking4Cruises again!!

Great service

We normally use the official port parking but the price was astronomical this time around. We found Parking4Cruises online and they were much more competitively priced and came with good reviews. We arrived at the port, found the drop off point easily, no queues, dropped the car off with a very nice man who explained the process from then on in and for our return collection. He took photos of our car and mileage and we were on our way. In fact, our parking arrangements appeared to be much swifter than those parking in the official port parking as the queue was very long. We returned to the port two weeks later to revive an early morning text to say our car was ready for collection from the same spot in the short stay car park, only about 100 yards from the terminal exit. We walked across, collected our car and we were on our way home in no more than 10 minutes. Only 6 extra miles on the clock, as promised. We will definitely use them again, the extra cost for our car to stay at the port just can’t be justified when there are professional alternatives like Parking4Cruises. Thank you so much.

Parking4cruises were amazing from turning up at the car park to drop the car off to picking up our car after our holiday so smooth worry free cannot praise the staff at the terminal enough so professional will definitely be using parking4cruises every cruise we do and will recommend this company to everyone to use

Brilliant reliable service

Booking was so easy. Arrived at ocean terminal dropped cases and left wife at arrivals with cases. Short walk across to short stay car park. Met by rep and all sorted car and keys handed over. Arriving back was brilliant also. Text them to say docked and the car was waiting for me. The rep handed over keys. So organised and very reliable service. Thanks.

Southampton Parking

Dropped off luggage & drove on to car parking flag which was within 500 yards of the terminal This made it so easy as just a stroll back with nothing to carry
Car was photographed & checked over. Mileage taken, which was excellent as heard some horror stories.
We’re waiting for us on return, easy pick up & drive home
No hesitation in saying we will definitely use them again.

The service was excellent throughout. The booking process was straightforward and the confirmatory information both comprehensive and simple to follow. Reminders were issued before travel and again on day of travel. The rep to take delivery of the car was there as indicated in the papers. The hand over was careful with examination of the car and details of mileage recorded. On return a message was received saying the vehicle was ready to collect. The collection processs mirrored delivery with a check of the car. We were on our way promptly. The end to end service was excellent.

We have used this company in the past and the service has been top class. Much more convenient than P&Os parking service and the price really is a bargain (I’m not suggesting an increase)

Cruise parking

Very well run. You need to get a new flag to highlight your van, I drove straight pass it in the car park , apart from that it is a well run system. I had a text to say that the car was ready for me. I would use them again
